I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of options that cater to various tastes and dietary needs. However, the hotel restaurant has very limited options, which was a bit disappointing for evening dining. Additionally, I was surprised to find that no alcohol is served here, which could be something to consider depending on your preferences. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, especially if breakfast variety is a priority.

We got there by accident, because our flight was delayed. The rooms were dirty, there were stains on the bed sheets. The toilet was dirty as well. Poor English knowledge made it difficult to talk to the staff that wasn't that friendly and pleasant to begin with. They gave me false infos at the reception, telling me to call the room service over the phone, just to hang up on me over the phone because they couldn't speak any English. I won't be coming there anymore, of my own free will at least.

I had every intention of coming here and roasting this hotel, but in the spirit of embracing positivity I will say what I liked about the hotel. The housekeeper was very nice. They had a good breakfast buffet. That's all, take from that what you will. The area is not great, the hotel can't help that but just be warned.

Would have given 1 star because the lady bullied me at breakfast and tried to force me to leave a review.
I kept putting 3 stars and she kept touching my own phone and changing it to 5. I told her 3 times that she’s interrupted me and I do not want to speak to her and she persisted to the point where I had to get up and ask so speak to the manager.
Meral is excellent. I think she is front of house, she’s the reason for the 5 stars.
Location was good for me as close to factories, but it is a little far from centre with traffic.

Hotel was nice. Staff could be a bit nicer but they all had a hard face. The only friendly faces was at the restaurant during breakfast. Everyone at breakfast had a smile and always hands on. Hotel could also use some more cleaning. Looks big but too many small oversights. On the other hand, breakfast buffet was magnificent! Caters for all food groups

The breakfast is the same every day, salad and omelet. The room is clean 👌 the bed is comfortable but the air-conditioned and heating system is a little complicated. Very far from everything.

Stayed 3 nights, the air conditioning is malfunctioning can’t tell when it’s cold or hot, switches on and off unexpectedly. Got room clean without asking for it and didn’t get one when asked for it. Beds are comfortable and good, windows are dirty. Breakfast is the same everyday but standard is good. It is on the Asian side of Istanbul and closest food places are a 10 minute walk. Taxi to Sultan Ahmet/blue mosque area take around 35 mins and costs around 500 Liras in the day time and around 700 Liras during rush hour

Service is very poor. I requested for complimentary water, nothing came.
The restaurant manager asked me to sign an empty invoice, together with other guest/s. Telling me that Turkish airline will pay for.
When we sat down, they did not ask for allergies whatsoever, which can cause terrible incidents.

the room was very well designed, include all the necessities. the dinning room have so much variety of food and it is very well seasoned. great service too. overall a really nice experience!!

A 5-star hotel was definitely not for me. I got room number 408. It was a room with a beautiful design. Unfortunately, it was too loud. the room doors are not soundproofed enough. The hotel's technical system was directly in front of my window below. There was noise 7/24 on this side (north side of the hotel). Noise also came from the refrigerator that was in the room. When I first got the room, there were long hairs all over the floor. I cleaned the floor myself. Room service was ok and delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best employee for me was the nice lady with the headscarf at the reception. As I said, unfortunately, I got a room on the side of the hotel where the hotel's technical system was located. I could hardly sleep in room number 408. Next time, if I get another room, I may stay at this hotel again. 😉 Anyway, thanks!
