The hotel
Is centrally located with easy access to the main tourist attractions of Istanbul. Plenty of transport options close by.
But cleaning was quite minimal and towels were not clean and crisp.
Staff were not helpful when we asked for information. They were more interested in selling tours rather than provide information.
Not sure if the restaurant is owned by a separate entity because Reception and the Restaurant were not working together.

Didn’t get the room type that I booked. Staff were unhelpful and couldn’t change rooms. Breakfast was good with nice view. Wouldn’t stay here again

The staff were friendly, there was an elevator, it was clean, and the breakfast area had a great view.
I was worried because the shower filters in older hotels were often black, but they weren't as dirty as I'd feared! (After two days, they were a bit yellowish.)
The location was easy to find, and the proximity to nearby tourist attractions like the terminal and bus stop was a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at the Deluxe Golden Horn during my five day solo trip to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, there was a great atmosphere among the guests, many of whom were families, which added to the warm and relaxed vibe. I’m already planning to return with my own family next time.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The fitness centre was well-equipped, and the breakfast options were excellent, made even better by the stunning view from the balcony each morning.
The location is superb, right in the heart of many major tourist attractions. Whenever I did a bit of shopping and ended up with heavy bags, it was easy to drop them off at the hotel before heading out again to explore more.
Overall, this hotel provided the perfect base for a magical trip to Istanbul. Huge thanks to all the staff, and especially to Menduh at the front desk for going the extra mile.

it was a nice hotel and nice location but the old man on the reception isnt nice and he demanded money for me to call the airport for a missing baggage

The hotel is in the proximity of many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping centers.
But what impressed me the most was the way the hotel personnel treated me.
One receptionist has even given me Istanbul Card for free for me to be able to roam around the city ❤️.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite being within the cancellation period, my reservation could not be canceled and I was forced to check in against my will. The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor – honestly, there was barely a difference. The only positive thing I can mention is the beautiful view during breakfast. Overall, very disappointing.

I am a fix customer. I love location: It Is in the old Town but It Is quiet because under a Little garden and not on the main Road. Receptionists are ok, especially mr. Sozer and mr. Musa and the night man. They speak good english and can provide transfer and trips.
There are a lot of restaurants nearby, I suggest Loti bistrò, my favourite Place, clean, serves alchool and High quality of food and service.
I wont change the hotel next times, but I have to suggest to modernise the place and improve service because the price Is High, very High if we consider the quality . walls on the rooms are thin, so you can hear everything from the next room: this time a man Who was spitting every morning! I was in room 513 and he was in 512. Also synthetic sheet. The other suggestion Is to improve breakfast. It Is until 10.30 but in reality bred and other things finish at about 9.30 and at 10.30 they tell you to go away. On holiday you can not relax properly.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
