I visit Istanbul at least once a year, and I always stay at this hotel. I'm used to it, it's quite nice.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Grand Cevahir Hotel in Istanbul. The entire service staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, which made our stay especially pleasant.
We would like to give special praise to Head Chef Ali for his outstanding culinary skills. The food was absolutely fantastic and of world-class quality. Every dish was a culinary dream — we have never eaten so well in a restaurant before.
This hotel, and especially its restaurant, comes highly recommended. Without hesitation, five stars from us.

We stayed at this hotel as part of Turkish Airlines complimentary offerings. It's located a good 1 hour from the new airport. The rooms are good but the beds were all single beds and we were split into 2 rooms. The toilets and shower are good but the shower control was broken in one of our room. The complimentary breakfast is decent with lots of local food as well as the usual egg station etc. It's located close to restaurants if you like dining out. If you are planning to visit the tourist area like Sultan Ahmet, be prepared to pay a high fare for taxis during peak hours.

One of the worst customer services i have recieved, few good stuff but most of the staff wont even smile, couldnt sleep cause of people talking and slamming doors at night, waste of money and waste of time, awful

Most of the staff’s attitude was a major letdown. From the chefs to the front desk, it was clear that many employees did not want to be there and displayed a noticeable lack of enthusiasm or professionalism. The overall customer service was awful, with staff members showing little to no interest in addressing concerns or ensuring a pleasant

Considering the level of service and comfort I received, this stay felt like a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would encourage management to reassess both the quality of service and attention to guest comfort.

I had a great experience at the Grand Cevahir Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent.

The breakfast was especially impressive – a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, in addition to Mr.Hakan Bulbulkaya such agreat smile man, all that really made the morning enjoyable.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Grand Cevahir Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Hatice was absolutely wonderful — she cleaned my room daily after my operation, provided fresh water, and was always so friendly and helpful, especially while I was on my own. I really felt taken care of.

The hotel itself is fantastic — the spa, the rooms, and the breakfast are all incredible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. Truly wow!

A good hotel. I came here from the clinic. If you come from the clinic, the price for a couple is 70 euros per day all year round. For a hotel like this, the price is excellent. Breakfast is included. People wrote that the breakfasts were bad, but they are excellent. Every day there are new types of omelet. At least 6 types of cheese, sausages, cereal, yogurt, several types of juice. In general, anyone can find something to eat here. There is a large gym, an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, and a hammam. All this is free and included in the hotel. You only pay if you want to book a massage in the hammam or massage room. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. They change the water bottles in the room for free. There is a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar, glasses, checkers, a corkscrew, and a refrigerator. A bidet is on the toilet. There is a hospital next to the hotel, so many people come here for treatment. There are a couple of cafes where you can eat almost opposite. You need to take a taxi to get to the restaurants. I don't recommend ordering dinner to your room; it's twice as expensive as any restaurant here. It's easier to take a taxi and go somewhere else to eat, which will be cheaper and the food will be better. Overall, I didn't see any downsides to this hotel, especially for the low price I paid.

Absolutely one of the worst place I have stayed in on my two week trip to Turkiye. The rooms were boiling hot. We had to leave our front door and all our windows open while we were sleeping at night, when we advised management of the issue they were not helpful at all and kept brushing it off. I don’t think I will ever stay there ever again and I will not recommend any friends or family

Nice hotel but we didn’t get to experience most of the amenities since the pool and fitness room floor were closed. Our travel month was October so it was still warm outside and our room was stuffy and hot and there either was no A/C in the room or the system was only on heat for the floor. Either way, we had to open the windows that only partially open on the 9th floor to get some air for the room to be bearable. So the hotel is nice but has needs.
