The distance was very good to eat and walking distance to the blue mosque but very basic room conditions and the one iron had to be shared between the whole hotel which was broken too. Never book any excursions through the hotel staff but try to book online which is much cheaper and saves time.

What a great place to stay! So close to Blue Mosque and awesome dinner at Turguet (reaaonable and walkable)with night view of Mosque. Arranged shuttle from airport through hotel. Easy to find, use and pay at hotel.
Breakfast was fantastic. Staff sp helpful. Rood terrace view was a gem. Clean and safe and quiet. Made our trip.

I stayed with my family for 5 nights... its was very enjoyable and pleasent stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was very handy and close to touristic places. We will definetly consider staying there in the future.

Fabulous staff, below average place
I wish I could've given 10 stars to the staff, very very kind, friendly, and helpful. The place (which should not be called a hotel or even a inn) was not so thrilling. It was more like a lodging place. Just a headsup. Not very quiet or comfy so do not expect a restful sleep, but the breakfast was pretty good. Honestly, I did not expect such breakfast from that place. And needless to say again, the staff were awesome.

Nice Hotel - Brilliant Option - Recommended
Lovely small hotel with a superb location, less than 5 mins from the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. Very friendly staff and very helpful. The breakfast was good with many options and served till 10.30am. The best part (besides the locarion and the very helpful staff) was the small roof terrace - don't miss it at night for the view of the illuminated mosque.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from sultanahmet. Easy access to Istanbul via trams. Comfortable rooms, amazing view from top level. Be aware there are no lifts though. Make sure to get an adapter for your chargers if using 3 pin plugs. Decent breakfast included, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The shower door was broken and unusable . There was another bathroom with shower but the stall is very small and won’t work for big people . Also breakfast is the same everyday.

It's comfortable. I was in basement and regular room and both are spacious for a couple or 3 people, respectively.

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
