The hotel was awful for three stars.
First of all, the rooms. When we’ve just came to the hotel, they offered us a room that had a really bad smell of smoke and sewage inside. We’ve asked for another one, although there was no smell, I couldn’t say that it was properly cleaned after last visitors. The hairdryer was very old and was overheating every 3 minutes. The toilet was constantly breaking no matter how many times I asked the staff to fix it. I found a stain on the sheets. The rooms and the hotel in general desperately need a renovation.
The breakfast was served at a separate hotel, and was very poor. I don’t think their portions are enough to feed one adult. Moreover, one poor vegetable they’ve put in looked like it was there for one week already.
Another point is WiFi. The connection was very poor and only worked on the first floor and lobby.

Highly recommended. Experienced a very helpful staff that were both caring and wanting you to enjoy the best of Istanbul and into Turkey. Location ideal (old Istanbul), budget friendly, surprising quiet with good views from the terrace.

Nice hotel! Attentive and polite staff, the rooms have everything you need and even a little more. Special attention should be paid to the location of this hotel. It is located in the very center, very close to the most important sights of the city, such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, also very close to the embankment and the tram station. Nice view from the terrace.

A hotel with an absolutely perfect location in the heart of the old city and wonderful staff that provide great service and speak fluent English. The room was quite small but very clean and cosy. The bathroom was very spacious though. I paid less than 30 € for the room, which was an incredible deal.

Everything was great. It would be great if there was an elevator, it is difficult climb the stairs with heavy luggage. Hotel is situated near the city center. All the stuff are clean, in general everthing I loved.

The staff is really what has me coming back this hotel has a great set of people , they are wonderful, attentive and always working hard to provide the best customer experience ! It is very well located in the city and the employees are so helpful and kind !

Great hotel very central to sultan Ahmet. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Even tho we were close to a busy street the hotel was quiet at night and I could get a good sleep. I highly recommend Sultann inn.

I booked a place at a nearby hotel in November 2020. But could not visit Istanbul after flights from South Africa were blocked. As a result of Covid-19's harsh Omicron variant. Upon lifting of the ban during May 2022. I rebooked my flight to Istanbul, hoping to check in at the pre-booked hotel.
I got rejected at the said booked hotel, due to cost / price pressures post Covid-19. A kind Turkish Lady Samaritan from heaven, who saw me being mercilessly thrown out, came to my rescue. She took me to the nearby Sultan's Inn and paid for my first two nights. And that was the beginning of a "home-away-from-home" relationship with Sultan's Inn.
On my second day, I began negotiations with Sultan's Inn's Manager, Zeynep, who further offered me an affordable package, I could not refuse. I ended up staying for a total of 23 days at a comfortable self-catering apartment which fully suited my budget, proximity and privacy requirements.
I cannot wait to come back to complete my dental implants. As I am assured of a warm welcome and affordable rates in the capable hands of their support staff Mehmet and Hakan. Not to mention the contagious smiles of the ladies who always keep the place smelling fresh and clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL

- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
