Great place very kind people with an amazing hamam Turkish bath and great swimming pool facilities. Will definitely stay again when in Istanbul

We added an additional night under the TA stopover program and were upgraded, as we preferred not to change rooms on the last night. While the room was clean, amenities were quite basic and no toothbrush was provided. Some of the staff were not very friendly. We chose to use our own towels as the provided ones were not as white as expected. Location is acceptable, 20 mins train ride to Sultanahmet & 20 mins bus ride to Taksim/Istikal. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in service and amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was super cute and cozy. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and attended by Aykut, who made the check-in process quick and smooth. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed.
The location was also a huge plus there’s easy transportation right across from the hotel, and it’s very close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around super convenient.
I really loved the breakfast selection as well; there was a great variety to choose from and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is pretty much as good as it gets as far as access to central tourist attractions. The service is really great, all of the employees were super kind and attentive (shoutout to Emre at the front desk for helping us catch the train and for gifting us a nice pouch at checkout) the spa and hammam area were amazing, a long with the breakfast buffet (one of the best I’ve ever had). The room felt a bit old but overall it was an exceedingly pleasant and comfortable stay. I’d for sure come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Eresin Hotels Topkapi during my 2-day leisure trip to Istanbul! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing space after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent — the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it super easy to reach the main attractions and explore different parts of Istanbul. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation and a break from the stresses of life. The management's service and responsiveness to customer requests are outstanding. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the tram station and numerous restaurants offering food and drinks at excellent prices and high quality. My room was superb, spacious, luxuriously furnished, and offered a beautiful view. The hotel is very quiet. Furthermore, it offers a very luxurious breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. I consider it a suitable choice for newlyweds.

I had a wonderful stay at Eresin Hotels Topkapi. The location is perfect — right beside the main T1 tram line, which makes it super easy to reach all major attractions like Sultanahmet, Grand Bazaar, and Eminönü within minutes. Having the Pazartekke tram station right in front of the hotel was incredibly convenient for exploring Istanbul economically.
