We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Istanbul and really appreciated the location — it’s within walking distance of all the major sites, which made exploring the city easy and convenient in just a few short days. The staff was also excellent — very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
That said, the rooms are quite small, and the property itself feels older and in need of some remodeling. While the comfort and service were good, an update would really enhance the overall experience.

I Always enjoy my stay at this Hotel because the location is superb, the customer service is great and the rooms are nice. I love how the hotel staff, the gentlemen in suits that welcome us speak good English and are always eager to help with a big smile on their faces. But most especially Abubekir, he's such a nice young man, always appreciate the fact that he's the only 1 that remembers me at first sight, everytime I return for a stay. So sad that it's closing down for renovations. It had become my home whenever I'm in Istanbul

We stayed five enjoyable nights at the hotel. The service was excellent at the front desk, at breakfast and the terrace restaurant. The latter was a real highlight for dinner, which we returned to a couple of times. At the end of stay our transfer to the airport, booked through our travel agent, was much delayed and the hotel staff stepped in and helped us with alternate transport, at a busy time, so we could make our flight. Much appreciated.

The hotel is exceptional! Everything was outstanding-from the reception, room service, restaurant, and breakfast to the comfortable bed, pillows, and excellent location. Truly an amazing stay!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were exceptionally kind, the rooms were quite, cozy and comfortable, and the restaurant offered both stunning views and excellent food. I truly loved every detail. By the way, where did you get those incredibly comfortable pillows

Lovely clean hotel situated within walking distance to Grand Bazaar & Blue Mosque. Rooms are quite small but provide everything required. Excellent, helpful & friendly staff too. There's a small round pool on floor 6 & a sauna/jacuzzi/hot tub which are always quiet. Also a small gym with pretty dated facilities. I would say the multi-gym machine is unsafe to use but they seem to keep it operational. Apart from that, our stay was excellent & would recommend.

• View: The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful city and ocean view.
• Comfort & Cleanliness: Comfortable, well-maintained, and clean.
• Service: Whatever we needed was arranged for us, including transfer coordination.
Areas for Improvement:
• The room we had faced the inner courtyard, so it had no view.
• Room size was about 30 sqm; with large suitcases space felt limited.
• The rooms were not very soundproof, and we could sometimes hear noise from other guests.
Overall, the hotel provided a very pleasant stay with great location, service, and breakfast, though the room size and lack of view were minor drawbacks.
