One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the worst!
When we arrived, we wanted to take a shower, but we found out that the shower didn’t work! We had to wait until the next day for it to be repaired. If we hadn’t argued with them, the shower probably wouldn’t be working even today.
Dirt, stench, and mess — not even worth mentioning (old hair everywhere and moldy walls).
For a 5-day stay, we were given only one roll of toilet paper!
The walls are paper-thin! The Turks talk loudly until late at night, so you have no chance of falling asleep, and in the morning you’re woken up around 7 a.m. by breakfast preparations…

A disastrous hotel, we arrived to a room with a broken shower, so after a long journey we were dirty until the next day when we were promised that the shower would be fixed. We really had to argue at them to at least try to fix it. The worst start to the year anyone could wish for!!! 😭😡 and I won't even comment on the dirt in the room and shower, or the towels.

Very bad experience, the room was disgusting, the toilet was all broken, the duvets didn’t fit for 1 yet alone 2 people had to share the duvets. None of the plugs were hardly working. Breakfast was horrendous, there wasn’t much choices to have for breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this hotel. Check the pictures out for what the room we stayed in looked like. Also the air con sounded like a helicopter all night, it was so noisy. They really need to upgrade on their rooms and everything such as the sinks, baths etc. Had the worse stay in Istanbul

My lodging experience was unfortunately uncomfortable, especially the room which was old, had a musty smell, and lacked cleanliness. Despite this, I would rate it 4/5 solely for the exceptional service provided by the reception employee. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with everything, and he significantly improved our overall impression of this hotel.
The hotel's restaurant, while not outstanding, served only breakfast. However, the overall hygiene standards were regrettably subpar. I want to express my gratitude for the assistance from the reception staff.
Although the accommodation was relatively pricey compared to the room quality, it was still acceptable. The main advantage was its convenient location with easy access to public transportation and numerous affordable restaurants nearby.

This accommodation was interesting. The Turkish lady who was the cleaner absolutely adorable and the Turkish man who got the breakfast ready and seemingly did everything else. The two younger guys not from turkey on reception not good and I felt a bad atmosphere like they were taking advantage of the Turkish people working there. After the first night the next no power in our room no hot water no means of charging phones so we asked reception were told as night nothing can be done and not sympathetic to our needs as a paying customer. One of the receptionist then tried to fix the problem the power for whole of hotel gone, nothing. It was then I noticed a previous water leak on the ceiling. We were not told of fire escape, not told about breakfast, not told about WiFi all of these vital comforts had to be discovered by ourselves. No one offered to clean or change bedding or towels, I had to find replacements and I had to clear away the rubbish and sweep the floor. When we requested an free of charge night or refund because of a whole night of no power we were told not possible, you need to speak to the person you booked though etc etc making it impossible to work out what to do so having stayed there approximately 4 nights we were informed no rooms available, I understood, the other male receptionist said he would find accommodation for us, this was so much more expensive and I am now thinking maybe he was taking a commission. So be very wary of staying here as not good, there are safety issues with the electric, no lights from ground floor to first floor on the stairs and no handrails lift very small and other than the cleaner and chef no customer service.

The hotel is advertised as 5 star online but is a 1 star hotel I booked without the option to be able to cancel my booking not knowing what I'm getting myself
into after contacting customer service they tried the best to assist me but the hotel wouldn't let me cancel my booking. if I wanted to stay in 1 star hotel I would
have booked it. So they be practicing fraudulent advertisement tactics and stating as a 5 star hotel with
fake pictures and fake description of the hotel on the internet is just insane to me.
Long story short, the rooms get changed and cleaned once a week the breakfast is poor, the AC isn't working, they don't even have enough clean towels to provide to
customers. It was just a horrendous experience!!!!

It is only an hotel to have a shower and sleep.no mantainance at all.tv not working,AC also with loud sound, no sufficient light in room damaged spotlights. Only advantage it is close to historical monuments.

It is more than worse...... the person who is manager is a fraud.... he does scams.... first take reservation on the same day cancels and sends to a very low category hotel with the same charge..... it should be noticed

Never recommend this hotel It’s very poor Hotel and terrible hotel, I book this hotel without checking reviews coz my parents been to istanbul couple of times and their experience with hotel is good and stuff are friendly, but this time this hotel is worst, 1st night sleeping in this hotel is cold and the blanket was tiny so they ask in receptionist but the stuff couldn’t find any. My parents wanted to book another hotel coz of first day bad experience but they don’t wanna waste money so they stay anyway. After few days they ask for switching a towels in receptionist and the stuff told them to come and switch but they didn’t came, and the cleaning is poor it’s like once a week, very terrible, one night there is black out sudden and couldn’t see nothing then have to use flash light from phone. The day of check out no one in the reception we check out very early morning and no one there to speak since the gate is lock, the stuff are sleeping I guest, so had to like push hard the gate and shake the luck then luckily it got open so we just check out and left the card on the reception table. We left and disappointment and never in this hotel again.

The staff are amazing. They provide eith everything you need and they have amazing suggestions and they can sort you out quickly whenever needed. The location is close to everything, you can go for some walks to explore Istanbul (recommended at night)
