We booked a family suite. It was beautiful and spacious, with a seating area, dining table, bedroom, and bathroom. However, I have some observations: the bathroom handle near the toilet seat for flushing is difficult to open and close, and it's small; the water jet on the toilet seat doesn't work well; there are tissues, papers, and dust under the bed; there are brown stains in the corners of the shower area; and we found towels left behind the door by the previous guest. The hotel needs more maintenance and cleaning, as its design and furnishings are beautiful. These observations should be addressed and resolved.

I would like to thank the reception staff, many thanks Farouk, Musa, Zahra, Omit and the rest whose names I don't remember. They were very helpful, cooperative and kind. They spared no effort in helping us. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has an excellent location. I highly recommend it. My name is Eman Alfi . We from 23 - 28 / 10 / 2025.

The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly no doubt about that. ( reception staff and cleaning service)
However, this hotel is far from being a real 5-star property. The room was very small, and my towel was covered in hair — not just one or two, but a lot.
I wasn’t planning to leave a review at first, but what really pushed me to write this was witnessing the staff arguing aggressively with my Uber driver. When I asked the driver what happened, he told me they were upset because he accepted my ride — apparently, the hotel prefers guests to use their own drivers since they take a commission.
This also explains why they asked me earlier to cancel my Uber, claiming they could get me a cheaper ride.
Everything else I could have overlooked, but seeing how unprofessional and aggressive they were toward my driver was completely unacceptable.

Me and my family stayed at this location for 3 nights , the hotels itself is fine but the staff is not professional.
The room service is bad, no restocking in the bathroom, no iron in the room,the drinking cups in the room are not cleaned on a daily basis.
Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing, we encountered issues that has never happened in any of the hotels we stayed at before.
Also this is definitely a 5 star hotel as they claim
It’s 3 stars at its best.

Not Worth 5 Stars
This hotel is nowhere near a true 5-star experience. The lobby had a bad smell, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The elevator was tiny and slow, and the room was extremely small and poorly maintained. Overall, it felt more like a 3-star hotel at best. Definitely not worth the rating or the price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room too small and The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was below standard, which made the stay uncomfortable. The electric outlets in the room were not functioning, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the elevator was very small and often crowded, making it difficult to move around easily.
The lobby was not well-maintained and had a strong, unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall atmosphere. To make matters worse, the staff, including the front desk team, were unhelpful and uncooperative when I raised concerns. Their lack of assistance and professionalism significantly impacted my experience negatively.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the cleanliness, facilities, and staff responsiveness to ensure a better experience for future guests
