Nice hotel in a great location. 5 mins walk to the waterside where boats , buses and transport awaits. The hotel itself is very relaxed and the bar attached is also the same. The food is good decent fare and is beautifully cooked by the nice ladies in the open kitchen. The room itself is well appointed and comfortable. I did not stay in the top floor suite but is is a great suite. I think, it is the whole top floor, with amazing views out over the some of the city, and Bosphorous Strait. All around is everything you need . Various restaurants, grocers, cake shops, barbers , pharmacies etc. This is not a 5 star hotel bit ot is very comfortable and relaxed

Ive been staying in the bosfora since 2 years and this time I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service From the hotel and the staff overall I had 2 rooms booked on a 6 nights visit family trip and our stay wasn't good one of the room the key card pouch isn't working at all which keeps cutting the power off so many times we experienced no electricity at all upon reporting the issue Mehmet the afternoon receptionist keeps saying we need to insert in the slot which we kept doing and never worked the night receptionist didn't have a clue of what we reported the only helpful person was the day receptionist Goksel who tried his best to arrange things for us . In the room
Is dusty the tap of the bidet keeps coming off and the a/c doesn't generate cold enough air in this heat of 30 plus degrees all everyone keep on doing is saying it's ok when it's not ok we pay our money to get comfort and service not these kind of issues. Unfortunately I won't be returning back to this hotel on my next trip due in 6 months as it's not worthy it my money it seems that management doesn't care about customer well being and welfare I will also be making a formal complaint about the issues to my travel agent not to review the hotel as 5 star ⭐ doesn't deserve it and I will highly recommend you invest somewhere else before finding dust, broken tap and no toilet paper service as well as no lights in the room

Hotel looked very nice online but was very dirty once we entered, nothing felt clean. For the shower we had to use sandals just to feel clean, towels were always ripped and stained. Hotel sheets we asked to be changed multiple times but housekeeping never did. Wouldn’t recommend did not feel clean or comfortable our entire stay.

Bosfora is home everytime I'm in Istanbul twice a year .. I love the convenience of location where everything is just a step away whether you need supermarket , laundry or coffee spot 😁the hotel itself is comfortable the double room
Is spacious enough with comfortable bed and a sofa bed with an additional lounging sofa which makes it even more relaxing ☺️ however this time I did notice the room being dusty and the bathroom door frame is coming out, the bedside lamp coming off and the lights bulbs needs changing it jerks losing power .,it did get a little noisy at night and even though it says non smoking we could smell cigarette smoke through out the stay so if the management could look into it and sort it out it would be fabulous ☺️ checkin was with Ali who's always fantastic and make it easier for us 😁Ghoskel is equally nice and friendly .. night shift Ali is also polite and kind ☺️all of them makes us feel safe and comfortable which makes me visit again so thank you ☺️ I would definitely recommend staying there beautiful staff and I'm sure you won't be disappointed 😁

I'll start my review off by saying that this was one of the best budget hotels I've been to, but the service and rooms don't feel budget at all. The workers there are very friendly and get personal with you and try to help you with everything you need or any worries you have. The room was always clean, and the shower definitely felt great as well. About the location: Do I really have to say anything? It's literally in the middle of Beşiktaş, one of the busier places in Istanbul. It is a great place for people who love to explore museums and also like to go out. You can reach anywhere really easily from this location, and there are quite a few sightseeing places nearby as well. All in all it was a really nice stay and we loved the people at the reception.

The location of this hotel in Beşiktas is very good compared to others. The room we stayed in with my friend wasn't being cleaned good enough, left dirty always. The lobby staff was friendly but I wouldn't come to this hotel in the future. The air conditioners were too slow and too old. Sound isolations of the rooms were very bad. The prices you pay for this hotel is not really worth it.
