Ask the hotel to arrange/recommend tours. They take a personal interest in ensuring your are treated fairly and not taken advantage of and will actually make phone calls and follow up on any kind of requests or problems you have experienced with the tour. Next time I will let the hotel make the arrangements. I made my booking online from home from a tour operator I found and it was a nightmare.
