We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The team of young people that work in the hotel are extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast diner was cozy with a nice view of the city and a nice discreet presence of the service team. A big advantage of the hotel is its location. Ralitsa and Maria From Bulgaria, Sofia

A very bad experience three nights with no room service only one toilet paper roll very dirty room as you can see in the picture. Very poor customer service poor breakfast the window is not silent you are sleeping if you can sleep with tram noise all night and early morning. I well not stay in again and will not recommend this to anyone (one room key for three people)

The biggest plus is the location of the hotel.
The rooms are not large, but in this area of Istanbul almost everywhere they are. The hotel is clean, but everything is very simple and old.
But overall I recommend it for unbiased tourists

This hotel is scam, they scammed my money and left me with no refund no booking and no support.
Don't book, and I'm removing my booking.com as it's start to serve costumers then it's moved into scamming them.

Hotel with small rooms and a rooftop breakfast room. Cleanliness was okay, but breakfast could be better. There was only one type of sausage, and there was no bread selection—only one type, no rolls. But for the price, it's okay. Not 2 stars.

This hotel was part of our incredible trip to Istanbul, as well as the staff who are extremely endearing and dedicated. This small hotel has a great deal of authenticity and you can quickly feel like you're part of a family there. Thank you to the team for contributing to this wonderful trip. The rooms are quite simple but you feel perfectly comfortable and there are all the necessary essentials. I warmly recommend this hotel, hoping you will experience this same kindness. The terrace with the rooftop café is very enjoyable in the morning and Madina is an excellent cook. Wonderdul
