The Cronton was perfectly located in the old town so that all the main sights you want to see are within a 15 minute walk. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food was very good, the rooftop bar had stunning views and the hotel had a lovely character and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great overall but please be advised taxis cannot get exactly in front of the hotel. It’s a cobbled mostly pedestrian road.
The room size is very small but overall decor and in particular the bathroom are outstanding.

The room was ok. But there was absolutely no isolation and even on the 5th floor you could hear a lot of noise from the street. There was no tall mirror in the room the toilet paper kept on falling for this kind of price I was expecting much better

The hotel's location gets a 5+! It's within walking distance of Old Town attractions, with plenty of cafes, currency exchange offices, the Egyptian Bazaar, the metro, and the Bosphorus nearby. The hotel itself is very beautiful, especially with the evening lights. Directly opposite is the building where a James Bond film was shot. The restaurant is decorated in a luxurious classic style; you can tell people come in just for coffee and to enjoy the ambiance. BUT!!!! I booked a Premium room, but was given a Deluxe, which is a lower category. They adamantly insisted the room matched my booking. They offered another room, but it was also a Deluxe, not a Premium. The difference is in the size and layout of the room. This was the first disappointment! The room itself was worn out. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell due to poor ventilation. I'll attach photos to back up my claim. The room was cleaned daily, no complaints there. Honestly, this is not a 5-star hotel. We arrived at the hotel on April 18th around 6 PM, and the reception service was unwelcoming.

It is a great room and location. Walking distance to a lot of key land marks in the old city.
It would have been great to have more control of the AC. As it gets hot at night.

Bad experience. The hygiene service leaves much to be desired. The room offered no compensation or apology. How can you leave a customer with toilet paper on a piece of furniture without changing the coffee cups? They even left the spare garbage bag inside and left the bed like that upon the customer's return. Very disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel for almost 5 nights and it was an amazing choice! I truly enjoyed my stay and found the room to be very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Valeria, who went above and beyond to assist us with our reservation.
The housekeeping was excellent; the room was cleaned daily and all used items were restocked regularly. The hotel also features a very elegant restaurant on the ground floor, which added to the overall experience.
The location is perfect right in the heart of a shopping area and very close to everything, including the metro, restaurants, and more. I can’t wait to come back again!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Valeria at reception, who was incredibly friendly and shared plenty of helpful tips about the surrounding area. The porter was also extremely attentive, and we truly felt well looked after by the whole team throughout our stay.
Our room was fantastic; spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and filled with a lovely fresh scent. The bed was super comfortable, and the attention to detail made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing.
The rooftop terrace restaurant serves great cocktails and offers a stunning view over the Galata area. The hotel itself is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from both the Spice Bazaar and Mahmutpasha Bazaar and around 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back on our next visit!

We had the most amazing experience at Cronton Design Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming - a special thank you to Valeria at reception, the lovely porter who carried our luggage and greeted us every morning, and the wonderful housekeeping team who did an excellent job in cleaning our room.
The hotel smells divine - every time we walked in, we were greeted by the most calming, clean fragrance. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a peaceful little retreat in the heart of the city.
The location is absolutely perfect - it’s super close to all the main attractions and literally a stone’s throw from the Spice Bazaar, which made exploring Istanbul so easy and enjoyable.
The rooftop is an absolute highlight - the views over the Bosphorus are breathtaking and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We had some delicious cocktails while watching the sunset.
