Loved staying at this hotel. Stayed here with my teens for four nights mid September. Looked forward to the breakfast buffet daily. Dinner was also nice. The rooms were kept clean everyday & the staff are polite and helpful. There are shops & supermarkets nearby. The Historia mall is also about 10 minutes walk away. Miss Istanbul & miss staying there.

It was pretty good overall but the biggest thing was the smoke smell. Turkey itself smells like smoke everywhere so if you don't like smoking, good luck. People were smoking in rooms and setting off the fire alarm repeatedly. Even the kitchen staff was smoking and the Smoke was coming through the kitchen into the sitting area

I have been coming to Istanbul for 30 years. The Erboy hotel is my favorite. The rooms are quiet, clean and have adequate space. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is delicious and has many dishes to choose from. The location is excellent. I just hope you all don’t book this hotel up so I can’t get a reservation here next time. 😀

Wry goof hotel with lift. Excellent location with 5 mins Mk walk to tram, hence, very convenient. The beds in the rooms are comfy, toilets is clean and breakfast is good.

The complimentary water provided was reduced to a small 330ml bottle on the second day, and there were an overwhelming number of mirrors in the room, which felt quite distracting.

Rooms are very small, dirty, very old, I found mold at some corners, small black worms at the shower, bug on the bed, stain on towels and sheets, when I told the housekeeper she replied rudely that it is not their problem! I hope they fix their issues so as to avoid disappointing other tourists. Staff never have any courtesy towards tourists.

We had a very good stay. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I want to thank Yusuf specifically for his help. Also the staff at the gym/pool both were fantastic, the had a very warm attitude and were very helpful. Also the beds were super comfortable. The hotel is nice and quiet. The room is too small and dull. The bed is smaller than me. Moreover next to my window there was a abandoned private pool. There was no water. And a very neglected garden which was died up. So the view should be nice. Food is excellent. But there's no variety. Overall I liked the location. Very cool.
