Nice location, all tourist attractions are walkable distance.

The room was quite clean, but a bit small. The layout wasn't perfectly designed, but it didn't hinder getting to places at all. It's not in a very noisy tourist area. Walking to Galata and the nearby old town was very convenient. Breakfast could be described as small but lovely.

Stayed for 2 nights, it's very close to Terminal 1. The room was clean, and having an elevator made going up and down very convenient.

As I am travelling in the summer, I was looking for good air conditioning and quiet rooms in Istanbul as I had seen some bad reviews with other hotels. Burdock however has very good air conditioning and when windows are closed, the room is very quiet. Breakfast was good too. Good atmosphere and not crowded.

The hotel itself is nice. It is not too big and has a small wellness area with Sauna, Hamam, steam bath and pool. Be aware to bring a swim hat when you want to use the pool. This is a very expensive review I am writing. I booked the hotel for 3 days as a romantic gate away. I was not informed that they do the perfume treatment in the room. Arrived at the hotel in the morning and checked in. As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful sunrise over the Strait! The room is spacious and luxurious, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the Strait in both the living room and the bedroom. It's about a 1.6km walk from the Tuyap exhibition area. Taxis from this location tend to take roundabout routes, and breakfast is expensive and very mediocre; it's not as good value as the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.

Amazing, the receptionist approved to check in earlier as we had a really long drive and we arrived with 2 hours early. We really wanted to sleep as we drove for 12 hours. Also my main motive for booking was the private gated parking. It has a really safe parking lot.

Stayed at this hotel through the Turkish Airways free-night stay program. Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. The spa and pool were beautiful although we did not have time to visit. However, the rooms lacked the amenities ordinarily found in a 4* hotel (and this hotel labels itself as 5*.) I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and there were cats and kittens in the garden of the restaurant! They are used to any odd request at housekeeping and room service, English varies depending on the individual but they are very kind and happy to assist. Absolutely not suitable for relaxation; the noise is constant throughout the day. The smell of smoke is pervasive, even though I booked a non-smoking room. The sounds from other rooms are uninterrupted, making it feel like being in the same room. I will not repeat this experience at this hotel.

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

There is no customer appreciation when renting and they try to take advantage of you at any cost.. There is no parking.. I was informed that they take the car to an external parking lot for 1000 Turkish Lira, but I found a government parking lot behind the hotel for 600 Lira per day and it may be less if the hours are less than 12.
