We stayed at the titanic for my friends rhinoplasty surgery. We stayed 10 nights and it was very comfortable. Room service was amazing & so helpful bringing ice and the food was delicious. The amenities were amazing. Full commercial style gym & access to the sauna and steam room. Very relaxing stay. Would highly recommend. Angel with concierge was very kind and hospitable!!

The old town has narrow streets, making it difficult to drive. It's close to the old town attractions and Galata Bridge, both within walking distance. Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric. The room was quite large, open, and very comfortable. The staff were all really nice and friendly! The only comment is that the police sirens can be a bit annoying as I believe there is a police station nearby.

Staff were very courteous and the room was clean and spacious enough for two. Not very many food options on site but in walking distance to a lot of options. Keep in mind that the standard room does not have a window. I did have to pay extra for a room with a window during check-in.

The location is fantastic, worthy of being called a peninsula. It faces the bay yet is incredibly quiet. The peninsula also offers flexible check-in and check-out times, making it perfect for Chinese travelers arriving on early flights.

Everything was normal, but the biggest and worst issue was the elevator, which was very inconvenient and caused a lot of trouble. Another big problem was that the bed sheets were not replaced; they only arranged the previous ones, which was very disappointing. The location was good, and the breakfast was fine, just average. Hotel is centrally located near old town key tourist areas and metro station. The breakfast was very good. The room is well equipped and bed was comfortable. The only reason it got average rating is because the room was super hot (early April), and very dark (one small window). Even though we opened the window on a cool night, the room stayed hot.

The room service and hygiene are really poor, and the standards are inconsistent. Judging by the room rates across all four seasons, it's really not worth it. The only advantage is the location!

Aside from the price, there are no other drawbacks. Located right next to the Blue Mosque, you can hear the call to prayer every day, which creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast price is acceptable, but ordering is a bit of a struggle, especially for Chinese stomachs. We recommend adding a Chinese menu. The hotel's shampoo and conditioner are excellent.
