First of all. Of course you cant expect too much for that price. Location wise the hotel definitely doesnt make any sense for a tourist. When we walked into the hotel the staff were attentive and took our suitcases. There was another customer complaining but he seemed quite agitated - this put us on edge as we were made to wait besides this customer and our check in took longer than usual (compared to other hotels). Although I have paid for the room while booking as taxes and fees included , they got my credit card details during check-in if I would use minibar or order meals etc. After check-out I reached them by phone they said they charged “5% service charge” to my credit card !!!! very very old facilities but the maintenance is good. You cannot change the mode of the air conditioner. Sometimes there are huge noisy and I have to change my room ....what a pity. Next to the train station. If you want to open the window , it will be very noisy. Nearby is quite remote and pretty far to down town but very close to Expo

It is within walking distance of the exhibition hall. The breakfast is good. The room is cleaned every day, the bedding is changed every day, and free bottled water is provided every day. It is very good👍

Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

It is very beautiful place to visit i have go there every year

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

İ didn't use the SPA center and the Hotel, İ had been there to obtain information therefore midskale is given and as you will see the price list of the spa center is high compared to the region purchasing power

The hotel is a bit old, but it's quite clean and the rooms are spacious. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, and they offer free parking.

The hotel was nice, breakfast had some nice options but there was room for improvement. The rooms had a problem with their wifi signals and they charge for delivery to the rooms from their ground floor restaurant. They have a metro close by for access to tourist spots.

Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. Made booking via booking.com. Rooms are perfect. My wife loved the spa. Kids loved the gaming zone. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time.

The hotel is close to a metro line, a major highway and some business districts. The good dining options within walking distance are limited. One major disappointment was the mould in the bathroom. The hotel is packed with patients from some hospitals nearby. This makes the hotel calmer and less noisy, but you can bump into many wheelchair patients, full-gear nurses, etc.

It's close to the airport, and next to the new Vadistanbul shopping mall, it has all kinds of brands, as well as many restaurants, making it very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu. Do note that on the top floors, you can feel a draft from the windows during strong winds, so some window adjustments might be needed.

This was the best hotel we ever found in instanbul after trying so many, we will come back here again and again and the gym was awesome. Even the roof top bar and the sushi resto was perfect. The hotel is located in a very steep downhill road, not easy to walk up and down from. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the hotel itself is well kept and maintained. The breakfast was good as well. However, the hotel has room for improvement in terms of their service.

Baggage not taken to room, very late check in time, bathroom drain really bad smell, had to ask for robes for the spa area. Taking 100 euro deposit, suggests lack of trust of your guests. The hotel, room and staff are great! There is something that honestly brothered me.  Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.  And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company. Does not seem fair

I bought a subscription for a year to this hotel's gym. I am so happy for that because gym is so hygienic. It is always clean. Mr.Kazım and Mrs.Nur always pay attention to us.
