The hotel itself is nice. It is not too big and has a small wellness area with Sauna, Hamam, steam bath and pool. Be aware to bring a swim hat when you want to use the pool. It's about a 1.6km walk from the Tuyap exhibition area. Taxis from this location tend to take roundabout routes, and breakfast is expensive and very mediocre; it's not as good value as the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.

Amazing, the receptionist approved to check in earlier as we had a really long drive and we arrived with 2 hours early. We really wanted to sleep as we drove for 12 hours. Also my main motive for booking was the private gated parking. It has a really safe parking lot.

The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. Crown Plaza Bursa is quite good. The hotel agent booked the same room last time, and we happened to get the same room this time. I didn't get to try the Turkish bath that the agent highly recommended, but the sign at the entrance says it's a local five-star hot spring spa, so I'm hoping it's a good idea.
