This is very petty due to the amount but it’s the principal. I was charged for cappuccinos upon checkout from the restaurant that I never ordered. The desk guy refused to remove for me and couldn’t very with staff as I checked out at midnight. The hotel is nice, and the water park is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the bottoms of our feet were black in the pool areas. The marble floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. There's nothing to do in the evenings. We just stay in our rooms.

The hotel was old, we were on the 5th floor, the door at the entrance to the elevator going to the pool had no handle, the dirt at the bottom of the pool was stinging your feet, there were exposed electrical cables everywhere, even the cables for the lighting in the pool were outside.

Super interesting hotel! We didn‘t research about the hotel history before we arrived, so we were surprised. The staffs were attentive, but make sure to book your own airport transfer if you travel with family or have too many luggages. The hotel don‘t have their private transportation service.

The hotel is very quiet and very well located, right across the street from the metro. There are many small restaurants nearby. There's also a mini supermarket next door for groceries if needed. The staff is very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast; the pancakes were hard… a shame. However, I still recommend this hotel.

I went to the spa and got the "anti-stress program" which was over 2 hours of service including an excellent traditional turkish bath/ hamam experience and and amazing massage by Oni (that's the name of my massage therapist).
