Resitalya Hotel in Alanya

This hotel is a nightmare. We booked the room with a sea view, and we could only see the sea on the pictures right before I booked it as upon arrival the view turned out to be completely covered by trees. The bathroom floor was filthy, the shower head fell apart just by itself and there was plenty of hair on the linen.

Listen to the reviews and dont book this hotel, its a clear scam and the rooms are indeed dirty. We booked a room with sea view and we cant see the sea at all. We confronted the main desk and they said thats all they have, at least they cleaned the dirty floor but this is unacceptable nonetheless.

I had an unpleasant experience at this property. To begin with, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning, and the hotel staff showed no interest in fixing it. Moreover, the staff had no command of the English language, resulting in a lack of care towards their guests. The breakfast was terrible, as it consisted of only one plate of food, which was insufficient and lacked variety. Additionally, there was a water leak on the outside balcony originating from another room.

Furthermore, the hotel had promised an early breakfast due to our departure time, but when morning arrived, they had not made any preparations and only offered cheap cookies as compensation. Prior to our stay, they attempted to charge us despite the fact that it was clearly stated we would pay upon arrival at the property. After we made the payment, they failed to inform the booking platform that it had been settled and refused to cancel the reservation. They even attempted to charge us more, claiming they had no documentation as proof of our payment.

On a positive note, the beds and the room itself were comfortable and clean.

Tryed to stay at this hotel but rooms and price not matched

The worst hotel ever. You cannot bring any food from outside to your room. They are looking just after your wallet. Awful services.
