I really liked the food in the snack bar and the main food hall. The Hotel and my bedroom was clean. Staff are very nice and welcoming, they helped us out a lot when we needed directions or information. Rooms are clean and all of them have sea view and that is the problem: right in front of the hotel there is an avenue with a lot of traffic and the windows can't filter the noise. The food was great though and they had a lot of choices to satisfy everybody. You have access to a swimming pool and sauna/massage area (though you have to pay for massage).

The location is perfect, near the beach 1 minute walk, there are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel looks very clean and elegant so are the rooms (very big, much light and not noisy). Great hotel and the direction is very flexible and responsive to customers! Special thanks to the manager Murat and receptionist Mahmut for searching and finding a solution for us with room! The food is nice and the quality-price ratio is very good for this hotel. We were very happy here!

We are a family of five with three kids, 12, 10 and 6 and visited back end of July/ Early August. All in all we had a lovely stay here and it's a very clean hotel. The staff are lovely and very friendly and we probably would come back here. The pool is extremely small and far too crowded on busy days, the beach is within a 10 minute walk though if you get stuck. Food wise, my kids struggled as typical...

Amazing all inclusive hotel close to Kleopatra Beach. Huge apartament with a living and a bedroom. Huge balcony with pool view. Daily clesning very well. Good breakfast. Amazing lunch and dinner with chichen, beef and sometimes lamb or fish. Delicious soops daily. Vegetable stews and fresh salads. Many sweets and fruits: apples, strawbery, watermelon, oranges or bananas. Very good local alchoholic...

The location is cool, right near Cleopatra beach and a Migros market , the food is also ok. Some of the staff are great too like for instance the girl from the bar, Bahar.. she was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 for her!

Overall this could be a great hotel however it's not .... The rooms are relatively small which isn't really a problem since you have a bed, air conditioning,an old tv,a fridge...a balcony even, these are the good parts when it comes to the room however in some cases there are problem with the AC and shower... also the fridge is not working in some of the rooms but we solved that after we notified...

I’ve stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and i have to say I’m very suprised!! I do not understand these rude reviews as i can say with 100% truth this hotel yes could be cleaner but is already clean enough and u have anything you need or could want. About the food you have lots and lots of choices from fresh fruit to vegetables to spaghetti or soup…and more!! Always free juices , tea, water and sprite...

Not much. The hotel admin didn't understand much english or didn't want to understand what i was speaking 😄. It wasn't as clean as it should've could've been. Only good thing for me was location.

I rested with my wife in this hotel from 18 to 24.09. 2023 The hotel has a rating of less than 4, but not because it is bad, the whole point is that the bulk of vacationers in this hotel are Germans and Poles. At the beginning of our vacation, we didn’t like it, but then there was a different mood and here’s why - there is no chaos and noise in this hotel like from Russian tourists, everything is quiet...

good hotel, position with sea view was wonderful, for cleaning, they cleaned the floors, and the food was acceptable, if only you say thank you and give some free smile it would be even better 🙂
