Special Thanks to Khaled Hassan Ahmed - Duty Manager he solved our problems very well other regards him. Some of the staff are young and uneducated, and most of the rooms are full of mosquitoes.

Doğa provided us with awesome service! She greeted and responded to our requests with pleasure and a beautiful smile. She stood out of all of the other staff. Thank you Doğa for making our experience a memorable one. The view, the women’s beach, the pools, the food are great.

We stayed in Seastar for 6 night. It was wonderful atmosphere. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every evening there were different activities for kids and adults. Women only pool was clean, sea was wonderful. We will be there again next year.

The people who is working here are very sweet. They always make good energy and are very positive with the people who is coming to their hotel. The girls up in the pool bar are very nice. Their name is Oksan , Derya, Seda and Nazli . I will for sure come again 🤜🏽🤛🏽

I have just returned from my holidays everything was okay, the staff is wonderful, smiling kind attentive... I felt like I was with my family. Friendly and professional staff. Food is decent. We were welcomed by Kadir, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.There is a public beach near which isn't the cleanest, there is 2 other beaches (Damlatas and Cleopatra) which are little further away then public beach but they are clean. Definitely recommend this place, great value for price.

Good hotel, excellent location, in center, near bars, restaurants and clubs so it is recommended for young people. Room was clean and decent. Food choice needs a bit of improvement but it was fresh and very tasty. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach. Hotel staff was great:))

Me and my husband came here in 1st September 2025 we stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive the room was immaculate and had a great view, staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location close to everything you would need lots of restaurants and shops and the beach is right across the road perfect location.

The hotel was very clean with a lovely pool area however not all rooms have balconies. We paid to upgrade upon check in and where very satisfied. Staff dont speak english and food was not very nice which was a let down. Rooms are lovley and good atmosphere

The location is perfect for a walk on the seaside, going to the local markets, getting public transportation and nice cafes and Restaurants. This hotel must be approached adequately. What do you want from a 3 star hotel? All the necessary minimum is there: they will give you food, they will pour beer, there is a swimming pool. On the plus side, friendly staff and walking distance to the beach. On the downside, the rooms are small and the quality of the cleaning leaves much to be desired.
