The restaurant manager is very nice and helpful. Everything is close, the beach is across the street. I recommend it

I really liked the staff of the hotel Mehmet, Ayhan, Emre, Can, they work like bees, they are very friendly and attentive, they created a pleasant atmosphere, the hotel is located very close to the sea on the best Kleopatra beach, delicious dinners, the staff constantly cleans the room, we were pleasantly surprised and we can recommend this hotel for a holiday

The moment you finish your meal, they’re already there to clear your plate — such great service! Ender, Volcano, and the whole team were incredibly kind, smiley, and positive — huge thanks to all of them! The location is perfect: the beach is just across the road, there are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s only about a 20-minute walk to the center

The location is perfect, near the beach 1 minute walk, there are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel looks very clean and elegant so are the rooms (very big, much light and not noisy)

The room was spacious, spotless, and had fabulous views. It was also wonderfully quiet. The variety of food wasn’t huge, but we always found something tasty to eat

I just wish there were a few more traditional Turkish dishes — that would make it perfect! Overall, the hotel is fantastic — amazing value for the money

In Turkey it were our first visit and we choose hotel CELINE with KLEOPATRA beach. Excellent hotel, quiet, friendly, clean, with very nice view, very delicious meal, perfect staff -＞ very heart and everything worked

Service this year is absolutely amazing! People working here are super friendly and helpful, they always try to talk with guest and make them feel welcomed. Rooms are small but comfortable

The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location. Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff

At the back of the hotel there is a small but very nice swimming pool full of clean water, surrounded with deckchairs as well as chairs and tables

The sea is within walking distance, the beach is clean, not very many people, the water is clean, depth immediately, sandy beach. Cafes, restaurants, shops, city centre, attractions, all nearby

Very convenient location in the city center, close to all the sights. Very friendly atmosphere. Wonderful and helpful staff. The food isn't very high quality in terms of preparation or variety.

Just stayed here over xmas with my friend in 2 rooms. Id already read reviews so was awre of good and bad points already on here. It is true that i guess it well located near beach some shops and restaurants

HOWEVER!! We were disapointed in with some things. Already we had read reviews about noise issues already. Ok thin walls maybe unsolvable but noise on marble floors with other guests moving furniture not been addressed

The wi-fi is Free to use and sadly only usable at the hall. The usage of the air conditioner is also free. The bazaar and the beach is in 10 minutes walk. If we come back to Alanya, we will definitely have a stay here

I am giving it 5 stars because we had a pleasent stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, so keep your expectations low. the rooms clearly need some renevation, but other than that the hotel is pretty nice

He is allways there for you, if you have any questions and also makes you have a better mood. We liked the food, some meals were excelent, but dont expect to much

The hotel is in the center and all activities are close and accessible, The hotel is very clean and very nice. Rooms have airconditioning that freeze, there is refrigirator in room also

Only down fall was breakfast got repetitive. if you expect a full English breakfast every morning and chips with every meal this is not the place for you… however McDonald’s is just across the street

Unfortunately the food wasn't great and was always cold. The all inclusive wasn't great either, just beer or wine, not much choice

It's a 5-minute walk to the sea through its own underground tunnel, sun loungers, umbrellas, you can always find a place. The food is not very varied, but you won't go hungry

The view from the room is great, the level matches the stars. After breakfast, by 10 o'clock they prepare pita, the grandfather cooks it, it's very tasty

There is no problem with the food. Thank you very much to those who work there. We will not choose this area again because of the beach

We stayed at this hotel from 11. Overall, it's a good hotel, if you don't find fault with everything, then it's fine

When I expressed my frustration, the hotel manager reacted very aggressively, spoke rudely, and at the end of the conversation, tried to delete something (presumably a complaint or my booking)

The hammam is only available for an extra charge, despite there being no hot water in my room. The hotel staff are rude and unapproachable. I even spoke to them in Turkish

Positives -Lots of facilities to use -Island was much bigger than expected -Staff were always working very hard -Good range of food and places to eat -Good size room for family of 4 Negatives - poor choice of all inclusive drinks and not every bar served spirits which meant walking further to certain bars with longer queues

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

This was our first time at this hotel. Everything was great. The staff was very attentive. The cleanliness was perfect. I definitely recommend it. The room was a bit noisy at times.

All I wanted was a little sorry token like a cocktail whilst waiting hour and half for transfer or hour refund on room due to not needing it the whole time as we went back earlier to get ready for our departure

We have been that hotel with my fionce. The only thing we did not like hotel barber. Restaurant , Pool even on streets. We came for honeymoon and everytime he come and distrub us

Drink bar offers only beer, vodka, and gin to 10 pm (very often something is left - many Russians). No ice to drinks, you may get a warm one

The hotel offers good value for money, a top location, and truly dedicated staff. The food was always delicious, and they always made sure to refill it promptly. The rooms were cleaned daily.

Nice hotel on Cleopatra Beach, Alanya, Clean, Good food and great staff. The free WiFi is only in lobby and no ice machine anywhere.

If anyone is going to Alanya, and hopping for good food - be aware of Melissa Hotel. But still, it's close to a perfect beach, paragliding, far away from the crowd, rooms are clean

My fionce try to get normal simple haircut and he ask 25 euro! This is Robbery !! We already report to our agency. İf you go this hotel you should stay away from this robbers

Nothing was labeled, so you were playing russian roulette with what you were eating - not good for those with allergies or intolerances! Knew it was only soft drinks, beer and wine included in all inclusive however they are very stingy with the cup sizes - small cups or half pints

I went in this hotel with my friends 14. For 3 stars for me its really good. Rooms maybe need some new beds, and some stuff in toilet. Food have quality but sometimes meet idk its beef or ship or something else bad taste

Other things like drinks cola sprite its ok. The beer is really the best Efes high quality. and u can relax any time its ok u can have space. Salad Cakes Desert sausec eggs bread its ok for 3 stars

The manajer who work in hotel great big man(drive a ford) and Savas who work on clean table and all kitchen the best man in this team. Hotel is on the beach and u have 10 meters to water but its long to centre us polo

Food / Drink Food was not good, seemed to be the same food reused for each meal eg rice

Not your typical all inclusive buffet and had stale cereal and bread ( butter was only provided in the morning so at lunch/dinner you were to have dry bread)

Value for money, don't expect golden monograms and a luxurious buffet. But the sea is 2 minutes away, the clearest, beautiful sunset. The rooms apparently had wallpaper re-pasted recently and new air conditioners

The location is 1 minute directly from Cleopatra beach. The food is delicious and very good. Don't spend unnecessary money on unnecessary, ridiculous hotels. Reasonable price, good food, excellent location

It is a very good hotel for its price. It is 50 meters away from the beach. The open buffet is very sufficient and filling. It is a very good hotel in terms of price and performance

For dinner, bulgur chicken salads, everything is modest but fresh and tasty. The bedding is old, cleaning is not daily, but proximity to the sea and the beach was important for us

A small hotel across the street from Cleopatra Beach. A kitchen without fancy dishes, but you will never go hungry, there is always something tasty for everyone

This seemed to be impossible to accommodate! So insted I ended up on a lower floor with the loudest upstairs neighbours!!!! I had to go up and ask them if they could quiet down and they did apologise  but continued to bang every footstep! I even messaged the hotel 5 days in advance just to ask if they could help me out, and they replied, "we have noted your request," only to have done the complete...

I asked for a room on a high floor at the end of a corridor near no lifts or stairs as im a very light sleeper i couldn't care less about the view but the receptionist insisted we only have this room for 1 night and will need to move rooms the next day which is fine as this room was directly opposite a lift and I begged him for a room at the end of the hall on a high floor for when we moved rooms

This complaint could have all been avoided if the hotel could accommodate their guests' requests and not make us pay to be on a high floor. I diddent care if my room was facing a wall or a bin shed

i just needed a room so no one was above me or near any lift and the end of a hall! Arriving quite late, we were given a packed lunch, which was very kind of the hotel to do this

Howewer there was a man who insisted he took our bags to the room and hovered in our room blocking the door and I kept saying thank you and I relised hes waiting for a tip!

There is another cool feature: this is a view of the sea and. at the cemetery) you can watch the sunset and the sunset of any life

The food in the restaurant is very well selected, it is not a very large quantity, but it is very tasty, we returned to Bulgaria and I started reviewing offers for a holiday in Alanya for 2026 and today I already have a reservation again for the same hotel for mid-September 2026

Thank you for making our holiday very pleasant, for this we will come back to you again next year. And do not read the reviews of any British rubbish about them anywhere in Europe is not good

You can walk to many must see places of Alanya. The beach at Damlataş Area is the best one. Their breakfast fast always nice. Local and international guests preferred this hotel

Amazing all inclusive hotel close to Kleopatra Beach. Huge apartament with a living and a bedroom. Amazing lunch and dinner with chichen, beef and sometimes lamb or fish. Vegetable stews and fresh salads

We stayed in room 117 on the second floor, since it was low - we did not use the elevator, but the hotel has one

The location is cool, right near Cleopatra beach and a Migros market , the food is also ok. Some of the staff are great too like for instance the girl from the bar, Bahar

The food is also great from times to times , nothing to complain about if we are to take into consideration the price that we paid for this hotel. The one thing that isn't woking here is part of the staff

The very arrogant man from the bar is ruining everything. he is rude , unprofessional, you can say hi,how are you. he will never respond and he will treat you with disrespect everytime. as if you did something bad to him

The room was triple (2+1), the desire to get a double bed came true, everything worked well in the room, at first there were some confusion with the air conditioner controls, but when we found out that a Russian-speaking Kyrgyz (a good boy) was working at the reception, this problem went away

Doğa provided us with awesome service! She greeted and responded to our requests with pleasure and a beautiful smile. She stood out of all of the other staff. Thank you Doğa for making our experience a memorable one

We stayed in Seastar for 6 night. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every evening there were different activities for kids and adults. Women only pool was clean, sea was wonderful

The assistant’s that works her is very sweet, and they always smile❤️The pool is so clean, and it’s very fun to be there, I really loved this hotel ❤️The assistant’s that I loved was Okśan, Derya and Nazli

Special Thanks to Khaled Hassan Ahmed - Duty Manager he solved our problems very well other regards him. Some of the staff are young and uneducated, and most of the rooms are full of mosquitoes.

The ladies pool just woooww, i dont know her name but the girl in the pool bar is really really pleasant i really like her, and everyone in this wonderful hotel I will back and I recommend 100%

The people who is working here are very sweet. They always make good energy and are very positive with the people who is coming to their hotel. The girls up in the pool bar are very nice

Good hotel, excellent location, in center, near bars, restaurants and clubs so it is recommended for young people. Food choice needs a bit of improvement but it was fresh and very tasty. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach

The bar only included a limited selection of alcohol we could have on the all inclusive , everything else was extra, and as for someone who doesn’t like strong spirts or beer, this was quite disappointing

The 2nd beach was fine but was not nearly as popular and was near the party boat docks. There is lots of shops and restaurants around

There is a public beach near which isn't the cleanest, there is 2 other beaches (Damlatas and Cleopatra) which are little further away then public beach but they are clean

A lot of food is what we usually eat (of course there are also their Turkish dishes). The staff is wonderful! They always say hello and smile. The beach is 4-5 minutes from the hotel

The bar has red and white wines, beer, soft drinks. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Very attentive and friendly staff. Everyone works very hard and does a great job. The sea is nearby, across the road, underpass

Let's start from the beginning. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted at the reception by a beautiful Ukrainian woman who was very kind

Several variants of non-alcoholic drinks, cold and warm + unlimited consumption of beer, which was also excellent by the way! The only downside is that it takes 2 hours to get to the hotel :( The journey to the sea takes 3 minutes, so great for me! We want to thank the helpful service! She got up from the reception, took us to the restaurant and showed us where everything was. The room was beautiful, big and most importantly clean. As for the food, it was delicious

There was no hot water because that day the sun did not show up. The food offer was not very rich (all inclusive). All in all we had so much fun and the team was quite helpful

2 liters of water provided daily in the room fridge; beach/swimming pool towels included; multiple daily shuttle to/from the beach (morning, before/after lunch and evening); 2 beds and 1 umbrella per room on the beach

At check 4 of us were asked to share a family room for 1 night because the 2 booked double rooms required extra maintenance. The room we were shown smelled of smoke, despite all rooms should be no smoking

In our room on the 6th floor traffic noise was audible from early morning until about midnight, but not so much as to affect our sleep. It is possible that rooms at lower floors are noisier

Staff: always very very nice Food: all inclusive, very good quality, a lot of choice even towards the end of the meals time. Service and convenience: excellent

We stayed in this location several times and this hotel is the best option. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk away. But walking after the buffet is useful). Shuttle with a convenient schedule

Its extremely greasy and the stray cats wouldnt eat the meat that they were serving us. I overheard an english group saying the food in jail was better. They dont hav any diet drinks which is ridiculous in this day

The all inclusive is a stand clear off unless you have a steel stomach and im not fussy tbh. If u wanna rest ur head and go out all day and night its fine for that but dont expect much otherwise

Me and my husband came here in 1st September 2025 we stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive the room was immaculate and had a great view, staff were so friendly and helpful

It’s in a great location close to everything you would need lots of restaurants and shops and the beach is right across the road perfect location

all in all we have had Belly laughs with the lads and lady on reception 🫶 , getting a full hamma and sauna experience tomorrow so I will have to review that separately but all in all this hotel is great and the perfect location with the beach ⛱️ literally on the doorstep 😍 and shopping and restaurants in easy access either side, so spoilt for choice 👌

A  beautiful place for holidays, not too expensive, good atmosphere and personal, good room cleaning, bar and pool you can party with free drinks if you take all included, a safe place to stay with family or in couples if you don't want to party and a friend Kadir who can help with any problems

The Staff who work in the day and everything are 5 star ⭐, the cleaners the lads on bar ect are great 😃, the girls are lovely 🤩 make you laugh and feel happy 😊, I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cheap getaway 👍

The food is ok plenty of fresh salad and pasta, various meat options, the lasagne is 👌 and the chicken and rice 🍚 were very nice, the sweets section is nice if you have a sweet 🧁 tooth like my husband 🤩
