When there was a problem,they reacted fast to solve it. The pool was clean and the housekeeping in our room was there everyday. The rooms are completely modernized. The beach is reachable in just a few minutes

The food was good, despite it being low season. Plenty of choice and taste was good. The room was also as desired and everything is clean and tidy

zeus and cesar are sympathetic entertainers, they are very friendly and very hospitable and all the staff are very friendly nice people I recommend everyone who plans to visit Kahya hotel 👍 recommended

The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying

In my opinion, a great hotel for the money. The room is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Surprisingly, because there is a rather noisy pub on the ground floor.

All drinks are free (whiskey, rum, vodka, beer, wine), there is even champagne!!! Coffee from the machine, cola, fanta, sprite, free cocktails Sex on the beach, Mohito, etc. Every day at 3 pm by the pool

Free ice cream (Algida) is distributed, you can take as much as you want :) In the lobby there are two large containers with cold drinks on the table. There are evening shows, one evening on 2025

The food wasn't great and the restaurant was an absolute nightmare unless you waited till later for things to calm down, and this was on quieter days

We vacationed at Miarosa Konakli Garden from 2025. 22, we travel a lot and are not very pretentious travelers. Good hotel, clean rooms (we lived in 1004 and 1036), helpful staff, good and varied food

However, we only had to lie on the ground once :) A very big + for the hotel: the transfer home to the airport was at 5 pm, the rooms had to be vacated by 12 am, but no one took the bracelet off, and at the reception they said that we could use everything until departure

I stayed at this hotel with a friend. The food was good, the rooms were clean for a 4-star hotel. There was great entertainment every day by the pool, as well as an evening show. The service was very friendly

This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

There is little market shop as a part of hotel complex, with very cheap magnets, cigarettes and designer bags

I was welcomed by my agent Gizem (booked this holiday via Loveholiday) she gave me great tips on trips and I tried cheap safari and paragliding! Amazing! The food in the hotel is nice they cook different variety for lunches and slightly change up the dinners and breakfast too

I would probably be cautious about eating chicken… or maybe I wasn’t lucky

💧 Regarding the All Inclusive – I expected better. Water dispensers were often empty, and the juice machines frequently only poured water

They also advertise that you can buy Corona beer (not included in the All Inclusive), but most of the time it wasn’t even available to purchase

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

I tried several times to order a different beer than the standard All Inclusive one, explained it in different ways, and still got the same drink with a smile and a nod, as if they didn’t understand at all

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

The bar served a variety of all inclusive cocktails which tasted all very similar and they had tuborg on tap. The wine was awful so I would avoid

I was impressed with the spa and really enjoyed my massage, but make sure you tell the masseuse how you would prefer your massage as my friend said his was quite brutal! Was majorly impressed with the chaps on the reception one day as I had left my phone in a taxi

I had difficulty making the large shower head work but overall it has a large bathroom and also plenty of space for your things. The buffet was boring and repetitive and can’t say I rated the food much

The pool was clean and my daughter managed to use it one day we were there. The hotel is roughly ten mins in a car from Antalya and there is not a huge amount for you to do in the area

I was able to locate my phone on my daughter’s iPad and it was fortunately at the Taxi rank. They were able to call the taxi man and good enough within an hour and a half

Although it was out of season in the hotel lobby was packed and sometimes you struggle to get seats and had to sit in the little patisserie area

Sultan beach is right infront of the hotel, very clean and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, tour guides , clothes shops and food supermarkets are all on a straight path

We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around

Cozy little room with a couch and balcony. Close to shopping street with many restaurants. Cons: Breakfast not worth the money

The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms

Wifi in the hotel costs €2 per day (per room), but since we spent the least amount of time in the room, we bought an internet card from a local operator. The food is solid, but varied

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

Is the most dirty place that i have ever seen, starting with the food that is disgusting, with the dishes that are not cleaned, even to thr chairs you can't sit from all the dirty thst they have

The hotel feels very luxurious and actually has pretty good food i liked the shower and toilet the view isn’t anything special but if you pay more you will get the rooms with the better view

I recommend to try their Turkish Bath and massage! Amazing!! Near the Hotel we had everything - stores, restaurant, bars, agencies where we bought trips, bus stop to take to Center of Alanya

I loved the experience at White and Gold Hotel. The staff was super friendly, warm and helpful! I loved the food. Salads were the same but they changed the meat and sides. The beach was super close to the hotel

Big bazaar on Mondays down the street. The restaurants nearby are interesting. I was thrown off by the TexMex but the food smelled great. The hotel room itself was comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable

2 nice pools, always a wide choice of food at the buffet (the same reliable options every day aswell as different new things every day), the spa (for an extra price) was also one of the best ones I've been to but also the cheapest one! The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the mountains, the neighbourhood and the sea

The food is warm not piping hot but able to be eaten and there is a microwave to heat it up if you wanted to. The drinks are good and good choice

Basically what I'm saying is it's a very nice hotel and great value for money so all these reviews moaning about everything they should spend more money and go somewhere else

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

f booked this hotel based on internet reviews for 5 nights. at the first i have to say rooms are clean and service is good. staff are friendly and polite. pool and area is a little small but for us was ok

We booked all inclusive and the food was really amazing! The hotel offers also free transfers to and from the private beach that belongs to the hotel (Cleopatra beach nr6), you have a sunbed with matrass and parasol included and in your hotel room you'll also find XXL beach towels, what more can you wish for

I stayed here in 2019 and I'll be back! I loved everything! The grounds are large and beautiful, and the sea is right next to me! The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily! The door to the closet broken - did not close, hot water is generally not reached, since our enclosure on the hill was. The Jacuzzi though was, but the sense that there is no hot water
