Friends, this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've ever stayed at! But you should be aware that this isn't a 5-star hotel with a huge grounds, dozens of activities, and 20 swimming pools

The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff is always ready to recommend the best options from the menu, taking care to match guests’ tastes and needs

Its a really good hotel for the price. My favorite part of the hotel is the agora bar, where you could order drinks 24/7 and foods 11-18. The food there in my opinon where much better than at the buffet

I went there for a week with my family and i enjoyed every day there, the bazar is literally right behind the hotel and the beach is right across the street, the food is amazing and fresh, the service here is a top-tier and the workers here are soooo kind, they’re the most sweetest person, if you come here look for Ayse, she is sooo sweet and kind, she’s doing such an amazing job and is always smiling

We stayed from June 23rd to July 6th, 2025, and we were very pleased with both the staff and the service. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the food was quite decent for an all-inclusive

From the front of the hotel at first view I was a little taken back thinking it didn't look 4 star, however once inside it looked much better. Greeted early hours of the morning with meals waiting if you required one

The only improvement I would suggest is the food choices. There was not much choice at meal times, and when staying all inclusive it is very repetitive. Although the food place next door was really good

corridor carpets were a bit problematic. new carpets arrived while we were there. I think we'd better come back in the summer and see everything finished. it was a smooth and comfortable rest for us

When we first came to the hotel,,,, we had doubts, after all we had planned an off-season trip. the lobby seats were being renovated while we were there, there were both old and new seats

they gave us their renovated room. They informed that all will be renewed in a short time. The new furniture colors close to black are nice. It is more modern and stylish than before

I really liked the hotel. Rested from 02 to 08 September. The room is comfortable, everything worked. The food in the restaurant is varied, and veal, and chicken, and fish. The staff is friendly. Excellent 4*

Our family had the most magical Christmas stay at this wonderful family hotel. From the moment we arrived, the festive decorations, twinkling lights, and warm atmosphere made us feel truly in the holiday spirit

The manager is also very polite; he asked us every day if everything was okay and if we were satisfied with the service, food, and room. I also recommend the spa treatments at the hotel; we were very satisfied

Even small details, like holiday music and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, made our stay unforgettable. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home during Christmas

In addition, 3 different meats are cooked and served every evening in the restaurant. Our favorite part of the hotel is that the restaurant is on the top floor and you can enjoy your meal against the sea view

The restaurant on the 7th floor is a great advantage. We would like to highlight the excellent SPA. The friendly manager Nadine and very professional masseurs. The prices are very reasonable

There is a snack bar that makes pancakes during the day for snacks and there is also a Turkish night every Thursday and you can definitely spend a Thursday here and taste good food and you can also experience international cuisine every week

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights with my mother and we were satisfied with all the facilities the hotel offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can forget all the comments about the food

My husband and I stayed at the Big Blue Sky hotel at the end of May and beginning of June. The hotel is good and close to the beach (you just need to cross a busy street)

Even if there is no man with you in terms of security, believe me, it is very safe and I recommend it to all women who will come alone. Thabks for all big blue sky team

The only downside was the Wi-Fi – the free internet didn’t really work, so it’s better to get your own. Other than that, everything was great!

All the people that worked there was very kind and professional! 10 minutes walking to the beach or if you want to go too popular Kleopatra beach it's only about 15 minutes with taxi

Had the best time staying here, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, any problem they were more than happy to help with! The animation team (Ahmed, Muhammet, eren) were absolutely amazing and put on the best shows every night, could not recommend enough

We came on holiday with friends and we liked this hotel very much. The rooms and common areas of the hotel are clean. The service is good, only the food is a little light. Other than that, everything is good.

Alanya city center is a 15-minute bus ride from the bus stop, which is a short walk from the hotel. The internet at the hotel is good, and we were able to work remotely via video conference

Cleaning service coming everyday to change towels and organize room. We got a room with view on pool, close to every part of hotel

sometimes there was dropping water out of the AC right on my head in the bed, but i am sure if i had told them they would do something about it, which i did not so its probably my fault

We booked an all inclusive room but went out for food several times because the level of food offered was not satisfactory

After one week stay at Cleopatra Golden Beach I would like to give my opinion of this hotel. The location of the place is just perfect, Close to the beach, to the centre, to the bus station

It was not convenient having to walk through the rain and wind to get to the hotel restaurant as it was located in a different building

A large pool and kids pool at the first block and an Aqua park at the other block. Fun for all the family no matter what your age

It was really nice and the hotels were clean, Bilal and Ali were the best

Make sure you sign all receipts of your not all inclusive and purchase from hotel and maybe keep track so avoid confusion when leaving. Perfect last minute get away for some sunshine and fun

A beautifully designed hotel inside and out. Inside modern clean lines in the rooms and well kept gardens full of exotic plants, fruit trees and the hotel's very own vegetable garden surround the 2 blocks of the hotel

The hotel tries to look "luxurious," but it's not. It offers decent rooms (with some minor imperfections in the finishing). The food is okay, no worse than in the scam-restaurants outside the hotel

I liked the fact that the spa offer was not forced upon guests from the hotel but rather explained by a trained employee who walked around the pool area

The sea is within walking distance, the beach is clean, not very many people, the water is clean, depth immediately, sandy beach. Cafes, restaurants, shops, city centre, attractions, all nearby

Just stayed here over xmas with my friend in 2 rooms. Id already read reviews so was awre of good and bad points already on here. It is true that i guess it well located near beach some shops and restaurants

HOWEVER!! We were disapointed in with some things. Already we had read reviews about noise issues already. Ok thin walls maybe unsolvable but noise on marble floors with other guests moving furniture not been addressed
