It is very nice, family-run, actually everything is really nice people, location is great, food was OK for the price, reception was just not so nice, everything else was OK, I wouldn't have spent more than a week, honestly, if you want something cheap and clean and have no demands, it's OK

This was a budget holiday and is rated as such. The downsides: The hotel rooms were old and worn (but clean) and the beds were rock hard. We were staying on the "park" side, I understand the other part of the hotel closest to the restaurant is newer. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The food was ok - not great, but passable for a budget buffet at an all inclusive holiday. The positives: The staff! I can not say this enough. They were great, always greeting us with a smile and more than willing to help with anything. Especially the cleaning lady, the girl manning the poolside bar on the park side and the groundskeeper, they are the true stars of this hotel and the reason for my review being 5 instead of 4 stars. Everything including the pools were clean and the beach walk with loads of shops were only a short walk away. Included in the all inclusive concepts: All local drinks and beer, a 0,5l water replaced in the mini bar every day as well as all food and transfer to the beach. They charged for imported drinks and the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast (1 euro).

Very clean. Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant ( you always get the odd grump, Hasan looking after the pool in the older part of the hotel was really on the ball and was constantly making sure there wasn't a dirty glass or plate lying around and everyone had fresh drinks the was good but not always to my pernal taste, the phone andTV didn't work, the shower switched from hot to cold. But as the title infers we didn't pay a fortune. Small budget hotel away from the big mega hotels also attached is a photo of the swallow nesting in the stairwell who fledged just before we left.

Well, what a hidden gem. Staff lovely, food really good, rooms basic but spotless , Staff always cleaning , 10 days holiday, enjoyed every minute , only minor gripe , mini bar didn't really chill drinks. But was all inclusive, so it was good, great value for money.

Had a lovely 10 days at this hotel. Rooms basic but clean and tidy. Pool was lovely and warm with easy access for elderly/kids. Food great also. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free taxi to beach and advice on trips. Will defo go back here in the future. Thanks for a lovely holiday

Couldn't fault the place. Rooms, pool, staff and food all great. Had an amazing holiday there. Will definitely return. Walked into Side and saw the Agora and sacred way. Alot of history there. Really enjoyed being at the hotel in the evenings. It's a very clean and friendly place and great service too. Highly recommend this hotel.
