Good points: * Good swimming pool with a bar and some snacks. Some food or sweet is available at the pool even outside the meals times. * Private beach with lots of sun beds a bar and restaurant

* Good variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) * Internet is not the fastest but it’s available everywhere… in the lobby, pool, room and beach. * People who work there are very kind and want to help

Great clean hotel consistent with the descriptions and standards of five-star hotels, very good fresh and varied food for everyone, great hotel service

The restaurant offer the lunch and stay later than the hotel restaurant

The only minus is the attitude to the customer in German, in English you can talk

They work very long hours in every area and always manage to be friendly and help in any way they can. The food was amongst the best I have experienced whilst travelling abroad

We had a very good experience at this hotel and we would definitely go back again. The hotel is big, well-organised, and the service is genuinely lovely

The lifts only take 4 visitors at a time and the hotel is huge so the cleaners work very hard. One day my friend and I entered the lift with 2 cleaners at the next floor a German man got in and set the alarms off

Which around the quiet pool which we favoured could leave us sunbathing in the shady area whilst people were very rudely site seeing with their towels sun bathing. This was mainly the German visitors

This is our third time back to the hotel. It's one of the few hotels open in winter. In January, we had a heated outdoor pool. The food is good, not very varied—mostly the same every day—but everything is delicious

The sauna and Turkish bath were clean and they used a nice scent (we asked, they said it was golden amber 😁) It was relaxing. The hotel is 35 years old and the rooms and other furniture need to be renewed

Sadettin, who is at the door at the entrance to the hotel, helps everyone from welcoming to sending off. The male bartender at Fika cafe makes very nice latte, I recommend you try it

Billiards and bowling were charged and seemed expensive to us, so I gave a minus for this situation. The toilets used collectively were always clean

The rooms are reasonably large, in very good condition, lightly renovated. The minibar was refilled daily, the beds were comfortable and all was very clean

Another thing is the reserving of the sunbeds. Everywhere you looked 2-3-4 sunbeds reserved with one towel. At 10 o clock, all the sunbeds at the pool were taken, although there were very few people present

Especially Hakan is the best bartender, (cooks, waiters, cleaners) are always on the positive side, if you contact them, they will always help, in this hotel every evening there is entertainment with which it is not boring

We felt very comfortable in this hotel during our 10-day stay at the beginning of January! We knew there was construction going on across the street, but our room was on the side facing away from it

If you want you can eat almost all day long and everyone has to find something tasty here. During the time we were there there were still free loungers

So much choice and we particularly loved the jacket potatoes. Probably the best jacket I've ever had. Really had nothing to complain about. Entertainment staff do speak in English although I read it's all German

Music is great around the poolside and we just loved the 10 am wake up song even though in German it was very catchy and we would end up singing along to what we thought were the words

There are a few when you enter the sea but depends where you enter but seriously nothing to complain about and it's also all inclusive at the beach for food and drink which is fab

Every 3-4 days it has a festival. The rooms aren’t very good but can’t be in your room because you have to be somewhere doing something and every day there cleaning the room. And well almost everyone are german

It has a lot of tennis courts a soccer field and a basketball field and 2 pool and a beach and shows every night and a water slide and the breakfast and lunch and dinner are different every day and it has a camp for kids and a gym

Loved this hotel, the hotel was predominately German guests, finding a fellow English speaker was difficult so if making friends is a big part of your holiday it may not suit you, unless of course,  you speak german

Other than that  this is a fantastic Hotel and I feel its unfair an a little racist to judge a hotel based on them not speaking English, are they expected to learn the language of every guest who visits their hotel

The pool bar area is lovely and you can help yourself to bottled water whenever you like. The drinks are strong and there is a huge range :) the food at the pool bar is lovely if you dont fancy the buffet for lunch

You can help yourself to cornettos too :) Staff are very friendly. I will be honest that this hotel and seemingly the area is predominantly German and Russian tourists and not many English are around

Hotel is genuinely plush and lives up to 5 star advertising. It isn’t in the centre of side but travelling to side is easy and really cheap via the little hotel buses that go by every day

The children saw her and many of the others in the team as a friend and were upset to leave! All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and hard working. The bar staff Aydin and Duge were always helpful

Lunch at the beach bar is the best with a stunning setting. It’s the hotels own private beach with 100s of sun beds which are free. There is about 45-50 steps from the beach bar down to the beach

Everything is cleaned up and the Personal is very helpful and friendly. The surrounding to the hotel is great. You can walk to the old side village in about 10 minutes with all its beauty and history

Her name is Yasmine, she works to the corner of reception, she is classed as Customer Relations - she has short shaved blonde hair, an older lady & is extremely rude!!! 3 people in our group had to speak to her on different occasions & she was rude to all 3 of us! It did lead to us making a complaint about her

Entertainment is in German, food predominantly German. Hotel staff are amazing and helpful can’t do enough for you. The Turkish made you feel very welcome

Also a big shout out to all the bar staff, especially Ilgen in the cocktail bar, or Mr mudslide as he is affectionately known. Every member of staff was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Overall great experience with nice rooms and pools. There were a few minor things like some condensation water in the bathroom and a mediocre shower, but otherwise really good.

We rested at the hotel Dream Family Club 4* from 19 to 29 June. Close to Dream World Hill 5*, one owner, grounds are common, so you can use both (except restaurants a'la carte Dream World Hill)

I highly recommend the Armella Hill Hotel. The hotel's cleanliness is quite good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the food options are not very diverse, they are tasty

I recently stayed at Armella Hill G Hotel and overall had a wonderful holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel was really nice

One thing to note is that the hotel is a bit far from the sea, so you might need to walk or arrange transport if you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach

They cleaned the rooms each day, they also refilled the minibar as well and created some animal formats from towels
