The shower has a great shower head and good water pressure. The room has a kettle, cups, tea/coffee. The room is equipped with a safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer

There is a table and chairs on the balcony, where we had tea after the beach with Turkish delicacies. The balcony was overlooking the pool. Very good food - everything is tasty and varied

The hotel is in a good location. There’s a shuttle bus to the beach which is walking distance and a beach bar. Please note not many activities for children

Before the pandemic, we stayed at another nearby hotel, but the cost did not suit us. General impressions are great! Beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable mattress, linen changed every other day

They decided to meet spring in Turkey - they were tired of the cold and rains. Side met with warmth, sun and turquoise sea. We chose the hotel based on the price

It’s impossible to limit yourself, you want to try everything, you go out like a penguin, you barely move your legs)))) During dinner, a large selection of Turkish sweets, it’s just impossible to resist, just a feast of the stomach))) During your stay, you can visit an a la carte restaurant to choose from Italian or Mexican

Overall, we arrived with no expectations and left fully satisfied. If you can’t feel good here, you won’t feel good anywhere

Special thanks to Oguzhan A in the main restaurant! The cocktails are great, and the entertainment is fun and high-quality. The only disappointment was the two-hour boat trip

The hotel is clean, the staff are kind and helpful, and the food is delicious with a huge variety – we even received gluten-free baked goods every day upon request

I think they are the best animators - every of them - Melo, Hugo and DJ too. We thank them for the entertainment, experiences and for their care. Maybe in the future they can play more disco music in the evening

My partner enjoyed the soup every day. I loved the purple coloured bread (beetroot perhaps?) The waiters & waitresses keep the restaurant immaculate. Some guests don't appear to have table manners making their job harder

10 min walk to beach with all inclusive bar/ eatery or shuttle bus every 15 mins or so. 5 mins to small selection of shops, cash point, pharmacy & covered market. 20 mins other direction to larger area of shops

The restaurant manager Ahmet along with his team ran a very well oiled machine in that the food was always replenished with lots of lovely choices from morning breakfast through to evening meal

Food and service were excellent, the Hotel was clean. Sadly there was no reliable internet connection, which is hardly acceptable in 2019.

The hotel itself was very clean and well situated for the beach and other tourist attractions!! It is approx 1 hour transfer from the airport

Hey there! Things started a bit rough but then Conti be really good There was plenty of space and things to do, and I really appreciate the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time

I would, however, say that the rooms could do with a little update, the rooms are quite tired, other than the rooms the hotel itself is fabulous and has everything you needed for a family holiday

And let’s not forget the guy who didn’t get his name in the Hamam and massage area—that was a bit of a funny story! The food selection was good and changed regularly, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in the meals

The food both in the hotel and on the beach is good, you can always find something for every taste. The hotel has a big selection at every meal. The drinks (local alcohol) are okay for a 4 star hotel

Certainly a good, relatively small hotel for seniors, couples without children, or those whose children are too small or too big for children's entertainment

The sandy beach is about a 5 minute walk or with the shuttle and is beautiful. The sea is clean and clear and there are enough free loungers for everyone

Some of the rooms also need to be renovated; you can see the age of the building in places like door frames, cupboards, shower cubicles and exhaust fans

However, the rooms facing the street are not recommended; the windows are very thin and you can constantly hear the street next to the hotel

There is one in the adjacent hotel (Villa Side Residence), but as a holidaymaker at the Villa Side Hotel you are not allowed to visit it just like that - so you cannot use the mini club

First impressions, when arriving at the hotel, you could be forgiven for being a little underwhelmed by the facade of the building but as soon as the you are met by Mehmet, bell boy and enter through the automatic doors, you are about to have and initial negative thoughts turned on their head… Mehmet Ali, Emir and the amazing Reception team will ensure every concern or question you may have will...

The food in the hotel is varied and of an exceptional standard for a smaller hotel and for this visit, credit to Savas, Veli and his team for ensuring that the focus was maintained on keeping the quality right through to the very last day of the season

The biggest compliment I can give him after season one is that it just gets better and better and 65%+ of returning guests can’t be wrong… Well done Team Andiz, keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you all in April

Nuri and Mehmet offer a fantastic service both at lunch time and in their individual à la cartes in the evening where nothing is too much trouble and are regularly checking-in to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed

The hotel is maintained to an immaculate level within the rooms, public areas and all outside spaces and the team sometimes get overlooked compared to the “guest-facing” staff, but they all do a wonderful job

We visited the hotel as Savas was just completing his first season as General Manager of the Barut Andiz, following a number of years where the hotel has picked up award after award

But there were also good things. The pool area is big and very beautiful, both for adults and kids. Animation in the pool is nice. The food is very good, you have three areas with food, which is great

The cleaning ladies are great. The safe is free, the AC works fine and the balcony is spacious as well as the room. There is also a 24h bar in the main hall by the reception where they serve drinks all they long

The main restaurant, a terrace by the beach with great grills, and a terrace by the pool. The waiters are all friendly, smiley and hardworking. In the room the mini bar is completed daily with beer,water, juice

That's why the reception area is very busy as people stay on the many couches or chairs to have a drink and chat. But it's noisy for those accomodated on the first floor as german tourists are very loud

In the bathroom we didn't have ventilation, so imagine the steam after three people showering. The shower has only a glass and it does not close. The entertainement is aimed only at german tourists

The guy resposible with shows speaks only german. They don' t even try, don' t even care. We understand that 99% of your guests are german, but the rest of us 1% feels offended and not invited

In the dining room there was a perfect, calm atmosphere and it never got crowded. The food selection was also good. The staff at the hotel were very service minded and our room was perfectly cleaned

My Husband and I went for our first anniversary and we had a fantastic time the hotel was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful food was out of this world will highly recommend and looking to come back next year.

Staff were helpful even if at times was a struggle as most didn't speak English as this was a German hotel but they tried and in the end if you learn a little basic turkish like what a bottle of water is at dinner etc then everything was good

Pool area was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the entertainment team that kept us busy every day apart from Sunday ( people have to rest ) Drinks are plentiful and snacks in the afternoon by the pool amazing

Hello, I would rate the hotel as good: clean, food very good, staff very friendly, except for Mr. Mehmed from the towel department, who was very rude and loud. No hotel should have this man

Unfortunately, our complaint was ignored, even though the picture quality in the bar was up to today's standards – meaning good quality! There was a luggage rack, a large wardrobe with a safe inside, a table, and two chairs

The spacious room was clean and had laminate flooring. We had two single beds with good mattresses, and we slept comfortably, even though we occasionally heard noises from the hallway

We give this service an excellent rating. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available for an additional charge. The cocktails and all other drinks were consistently delicious

There were always a few sun loungers available on the nearby sandy beach, complete with parasols and towels, all free of charge. The service and drinks were excellent

Despite the aforementioned criticisms, we give this "adults-only" hotel a very good rating, highly recommend it, and would gladly return

If you walk, then across the wasteland, 15 minutes, at a fast pace. The beach is good, sandy, wide coastline, the entrance to the sea is gentle, without stones. There is a Russian-speaking administrator

good activities for kids and lots of pools I never swam in swimming pool because every day I went to the sea and swam there as they have free beach bus shuttle every 15 minutes from 09:00am -18:00

It was good hotel,friendly staff,good location. But ice cream was only available 2 hour a day for free,otherwise need to pay about 2 euros for the ice cream

Guess regular shuttle service was broken and hotel has only car who can accommodate 4 people

The food is excellent, with a very large selection, so everyone can find something for themselves. We especially enjoyed the dinners and would like to highlight the “Turkish Night” – it was truly a special evening

There is short entertainment during dinner, and one evening a belly dancer came to entertain the guests. The restaurant is very large, comfortable, and beautiful. The beach is gorgeous – sandy and clean

Start of season so fairly quiet just what we wanted at the time. Lovely Hotel and location very good for a nice slow walk to the Old Town. Just one gripe we had was the selection of food for the English Pallette

Hotel was clean room was lovely ,food wasnt good so started eating out its was that bad ,in room had kettle to make coffe n tea but no cups glasses in the room every day i had to go to reception get some and when cleaning maid came they take the cups back bery annoying , the lift there only one which staff use aswell had to wait 20 mins for it to be free to which i cant walk much as wim recovering...

There were good and bad in hotel. It is like low budget mini all inclusive,where is saved in every area. They dont even change the towels everyday what is weird. No card payment option,only cash

The shopping centre was OK, but man with novelty ice cream maker wanted 7€ I went Megros and got ours for 90tl for two. The location of the hotel is amazing. You can get a dolmus anywhere off the roundabout

Our second time here in two years, our daughter and son in laws third time. Food always enough variety and always served with a smile. Manager is always available for a chat or for questions

The surrounding environment is very good, but the room is a little small and the drainage in the bathroom is not very good, but the hotel staff are very enthusiastic

Good: 4 pools, one with children's slides and another with older slides, lots of sunbeds all day, but the animators and offers different games, in the evening is also fun, there are programs for children, riding the bus to the sea, is in walking distance, 600 meters from the hotel, on-site, and on the beach, free drinks water juices and wine and beer

The hotel staff was very polite, understanding and kind to us guests. Especially the waiters were very helpful in every way and showed a warm welcome

Sea is quite clean although near to the river, safe for children as not deep at all. Rooms not the most modern ones

So on arrival reception was easy to find, helpful staff showed us to our room after checking us in, very informative of dining times. Main Room had 1 double bed and the other room had two singles and wardrobes

Air con was in the main room which also had a mini kitchen worktop area and a fridge( ham and cheese rolls as late arrival and a big bottle of water), tv and hairdryer also included in room

If you’re on Facebook (for this hotel) then you’ll have seen the contrasting reviews. Two friends and I wanted somewhere cheap and close to shops/market for a short weekend break

Lunch buffet rice, pasta, pizza, desserts, curry, fish, chicken etc again all hot and enjoyable- the mash is amazing. Dinner- we ate out by choice as was exploring the area so cannot comment or feedback

The villa had 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had air-conditioning. 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies with a living area that had a kettle and fridge. Two pools are lovely and refreshing. Staff are very helpful and friendly

We traveled as a family of three for an 11-day vacation to Seaden in late August 2024. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and shown to our rooms. The rooms were clean and of decent size

It is however set to turn off during the day so we found it best to keep the curtains closed to stop the room heating up too much. Good mini bar which is restocked daily

However, as some previous reviews have noted, the walls are quite thin—you can hear just about everything, even the beeping of the safe! One small issue was that the "childbed" was just a chaise lounge with the cushions removed, which wasn’t particularly comfortable

Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best. The hotel and bar staff are excellent

Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone...

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉)

Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly

Staff cleared it away before the advertised end time. All in all stay for the beach but don’t get your hopes up for the hotel itself

However, I have a few comments that are cost free or inexpensive: 1) Friendliness: The service staff, especially the bar staff, are unfriendly. A "good morning," "please," or "thank you" doesn't cost anything

5) The shower by the pool isn't used by anyone; it's tucked away in a corner, and guests aren't reminded to shower before entering the pool. With temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius for weeks, the pool is very cloudy

4) There wasn't a single scoop of ice cream. Instead, there were dry cookies and cakes that tasted of nothing in the afternoon. Every day, morning and evening, there was only watermelon and apples

A huge pile of garbage every day! Why not use hard plastic cups that can be washed? 3) Generally, the buffet is almost identical every day; it lacks variety and a bit of attention to detail

Vegetarians get the same food every day at the salad bar and side dishes. A vegetarian pide or something similar would be nice. In general, the buffet could use a bit more attention

I don't believe the fresh water is regularly replaced, and I doubt the pool's hygiene standards. 6) Lifeguard: The waterslide is open twice a day
