Really nice hotel, good value for the money. All inclusive option grants you food and drinks during all the day, the food is just great and you can choose from so many options

In my opinion, this hotel is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly. The barman girl in the hotel lobby is beautiful and kind, as are everyone else. DJ Nedimond and manager Altan is wonderful

The sea is nice, not crowds, hotel has own area on the beach to you find you place under to lay in the shadow conveniently, bar offer is fine including good eating

Nearby plenty of Bazaars, fake well-known luxury brands in a poor quality. This shouldn’t be allowed honestly, waste producing, the stuff will not last long and will end in he trash anyway

Turks here were mostly nice, for some you could clearly see the pretend the friendliness and when you doeasnt want to buy or pay for something that changes the facial expression

Sea is quite clean although near to the river, safe for children as not deep at all. Rooms not the most modern ones

Overall, a very good experience at a fair price

So on arrival reception was easy to find, helpful staff showed us to our room after checking us in, very informative of dining times. Main Room had 1 double bed and the other room had two singles and wardrobes

Air con was in the main room which also had a mini kitchen worktop area and a fridge( ham and cheese rolls as late arrival and a big bottle of water), tv and hairdryer also included in room

If you’re on Facebook (for this hotel) then you’ll have seen the contrasting reviews. Two friends and I wanted somewhere cheap and close to shops/market for a short weekend break

Lunch buffet rice, pasta, pizza, desserts, curry, fish, chicken etc again all hot and enjoyable- the mash is amazing. Dinner- we ate out by choice as was exploring the area so cannot comment or feedback

The villa had 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had air-conditioning. 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies with a living area that had a kettle and fridge. Two pools are lovely and refreshing. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best. The hotel and bar staff are excellent

Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone...

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉)

Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly

Staff cleared it away before the advertised end time. All in all stay for the beach but don’t get your hopes up for the hotel itself

However, I have a few comments that are cost free or inexpensive: 1) Friendliness: The service staff, especially the bar staff, are unfriendly. A "good morning," "please," or "thank you" doesn't cost anything

5) The shower by the pool isn't used by anyone; it's tucked away in a corner, and guests aren't reminded to shower before entering the pool. With temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius for weeks, the pool is very cloudy

4) There wasn't a single scoop of ice cream. Instead, there were dry cookies and cakes that tasted of nothing in the afternoon. Every day, morning and evening, there was only watermelon and apples

A huge pile of garbage every day! Why not use hard plastic cups that can be washed? 3) Generally, the buffet is almost identical every day; it lacks variety and a bit of attention to detail

Vegetarians get the same food every day at the salad bar and side dishes. A vegetarian pide or something similar would be nice. In general, the buffet could use a bit more attention

I don't believe the fresh water is regularly replaced, and I doubt the pool's hygiene standards. 6) Lifeguard: The waterslide is open twice a day

Absolutely fantastic, the entertainment was excellent, food was really good catering for all, only downside no English sausage but hey, I’m a Brit

Our room was one of the best, I wouldn’t have wanted a room facing the street but that’s my preference, good pool view, nice size pool and clean

Small walk to the old town once you know the short cut opposite the hotel. Everything was clean and good quality

Good food, nice location, lovely waitresses. However as soon as it gets to 22:50/55 everything goes off (music, lights, bar) and you literally feel like you’re are being pushed to go back to your room

The music they play it’s so depressing so you feel like all you want to do is go to sleep or get drunk and not remember the night

Would definitely go back! The rep for the excursions needs to look into the horse riding that they offer, the horses arent in good shape and its not a good look for the hotel or the company offering excursions

Very nice and easy going place staff very good nowt to much trouble. just a two minute walk to bars shops. about 6min by the private bus. some rooms just a little TLC but all good

I hope the hotel looks into this as the horse's are skin n bone, no water or food between treks or anything. I trust you would look into this please, if you look into their recent reviews you will see what i mean

we found another hotel where we could use the pool and have food/drinks. Loud in the evening, seems to be frequented by large family/friends groups who were quite unruly at times

Pool area not large enough for the amount of people hotel holds. Usual beach towels at dawn on sun loungers even though asked not too, this was not enforced during our stay

We had a large room whilst the was ok it did have faults- mainly dirty fridge bathroom cooker hob curtains. Would not recommend and wouldn’t revisit

We have just finished our vacation in Ozlem Garden. The hotel has a perfect location -less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. You will enjoy the beauty of the Turkish kitchen (the food was excellent) watching the sea

The staff is restless and very polite. The beach is well organized, good sunbeds and umbrellas, enough space. The bungalows are well equiped and maintained. Only the furniture is a bit old but that is irelevant

Little world Ozlem garden. Right on beach, all food is very good, personal wonderful, everywhere clean, by walk is Side Antique. Better hotel in Turkey doesnt exist.🫶

The hotel has a great location—right on the beach and just a short walk from the center of Side, so you’re close to shops, cafes, and the beautiful old town, but still tucked away in a peaceful spot

It is situated in a really beautiful garden with lime,orange and lemon trees, rosemary bushes and flowers. relaxed walking leads you to the heart of the Old Town of Side

The bungalows are simple but really charming. They’re cleaned every day, the beds are comfortable, and there’s just enough space

What can I say, this time too, this hotel and its staff have impressed us, starting from the two super friendly young receptionists who are there every year to the staff at the beach bar and our Orhan who always makes sure that every guest has a sunbed with a mattress

The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the food is good, the service is very helpful, except for one bartender Kaan shows no respect for the guests, he is rude and arrogant, he makes fun of the guests thinking that they do not understand, he is aggressive towards them, he harasses the guests

We are accommodated in a renovated room that meets the high criteria of a 5 * hotel. The reason why we are returning to Aquamarin for the third time in a row, as well as my father-in-law and mother-in-law, is very simple

The beach was clean, enough chairs for sunbathing and a gorgeous sand beach, which was very important to us. They served delicious lunch at the beach bar

You can free get water and coffee on the beach. The rooms are lovely, very modern,mini bar where your water is topped up every day plus a large bottle for your kettle. Tea coffee sugar and creamer available in your room

Towels and bedding changed regularly and cleaners do a great job. Theres hair/body wash available in the shower. Good selection of drinks available at the bar between 10am and midnight

You may have issues getting a sun bed on the beach on a morning but if you head down there between 1pm and 3pm you will get a bed no problem Mustaffa who looks after things on the beach is a great guy

We had a few issues the first day, no beach towels available as they had run out but all issues were promptly dealt with by Kadir the Ops manager. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble

If you miss lunch then you can grab a burger chips or chicken nuggets between 4pm and 5pm If this hotel lacks in anything its probably the atmosphere on an evening

You certainly wont starve where the food is concerned. Cem and his team do a fantastic job at meal times with plenty of options and variety

The food is excellent, the selection is not very big, but everything is prepared with love. Unobtrusive animation, family. The rooms are comfortable, super clean

Relaxation at the bar and perfect experienced bartenders. The animators prepared suitable activities - ordinary sports activities and also, for example foam party. The evening programs were of a professional level

We are here on holiday in September. It was one of the best holidays. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, from stylish rooms to a chic restaurant

The location is within walking distance to both the sea and Kumköy bazaar, cleanliness and order are meticulous, the food is quality and satisfying from Ali master, you are full of food, the appetizers are great, the drinks are the best brands, the fruit juices are in boxes, the service staff Eren and Ali are smiling, they made you feel like family

The rooms were clean, but somewhat impractical (more storage space and closets would have been helpful). The air conditioning worked perfectly

There is always a delicious lunch on the beach, they baked pizza and more, drinks were served by a friendly bartender, he also gave out mattresses for sun loungers, thanks to him for his service! We went swimming a little along the shore to the right, there is an excellent bottom

Hotel is directly next to the beach on the nice promenade on which you can walk to Side, what is very nice walk. Food is delicious, a lot of options, always there was plenty of food even if you come later

Coming Altinkum hotel was on of the best choices of me, it is a great place for holiday as we in 2020 covid 19 era, they take care of the customer clean environment, it was great, near the beach ⛱, having delicious food with the sea view

Very friendly and helpful crew. Ala Carte had many choices but not very delicious, still not bad. They had some daily activities but we didn't participate. Bar was really good, they make good cocktails

great food, friendly and funny staff, clean rooms great pools, sadly the slides were closed at the time I was visiting this hotel, but its worth the price.

An adult hotel elegant but, as my son put it, 'grannyish'. Of the huge downsides the location. In the middle of a string of hotels. Loud music every night until about 11pm

Our family visited the resort in May and had a blast. It was a wonderful stay from A to Z. Our daughter enjoyed all od the attractions - swimming pools, kids club, trampolines, and minizoo

She also liked the food in the main cafeteria. The food was amazing also in the other lounges and the service was perfect. Staff is super friendly and was always interested in how we are doing

We also did photoshooting in the hotel and obtained wonderful photos. Overall, a perfect stay for families with kids
