Slides and a long pool, clean shared toilets. Special respect to the cook, very tasty! Lots of food

Fantastic! Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Had an awesome stay and would definitely return. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, bizarre across the road, bus shuttle to the beach runs regularly

From there the stay was great! The food everyday was always loads of options to pick from, pool was great with the slides, staff was always polite and nothing was ever too much for them

Good points: * Good swimming pool with a bar and some snacks. Some food or sweet is available at the pool even outside the meals times. * Private beach with lots of sun beds a bar and restaurant

* Good variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) * Internet is not the fastest but it’s available everywhere… in the lobby, pool, room and beach. * People who work there are very kind and want to help

* The hotel provides a PCR test for €17 per person when you go back. You do the test at the hotel itself and get the result the next day

The restaurant offer the lunch and stay later than the hotel restaurant

Great clean hotel consistent with the descriptions and standards of five-star hotels, very good fresh and varied food for everyone, great hotel service

The only minus is the attitude to the customer in German, in English you can talk

Which around the quiet pool which we favoured could leave us sunbathing in the shady area whilst people were very rudely site seeing with their towels sun bathing. This was mainly the German visitors

We also caught a bus to Side old town and had lunch by the marina one day that was lovely too and not very expensive. The grounds and pools were lovely and clean

The desserts being served for Turkey were top of the range for choice and quality. We also went for the Al a carte dining down by the beach

The lifts only take 4 visitors at a time and the hotel is huge so the cleaners work very hard. One day my friend and I entered the lift with 2 cleaners at the next floor a German man got in and set the alarms off

The shower was the hottest I have ever experienced abroad and very powerful so it made life easier dealing with my long hair. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at every level

We booked a room with a sea view. The receptionist said they had the right to change the room category and gave us the worst room with a roof view. We were told to complain to Trip

Holiday village, 3 hotels, many pools, kids club, 6 a la carte restaurants and many more. Value for money $$$$ out of $$$$$

The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness

The staff attitude is poor, and the rooms are old and poorly maintained.

The food is bad, everything else is normal and a bit old hotel.

Especially Hakan is the best bartender, (cooks, waiters, cleaners) are always on the positive side, if you contact them, they will always help, in this hotel every evening there is entertainment with which it is not boring

We felt very comfortable in this hotel during our 10-day stay at the beginning of January! We knew there was construction going on across the street, but our room was on the side facing away from it

There is a side room next to the bar which has some highly impractical furniture which really needs to be stripped out with compact seating to replace it

All the staff in the hotel are excellent most speak English many also speak German The soundproofing between bedrooms could be better, but the standard of the rooms was good

During busy periods to sometimes difficult to find somewhere to sit with friends by the bar

We like traditional turkey food but they have classic Mediterranean Europe foot too. The near is hotel beach with bar and more beach sunbeds. The hotel have big pools with poolbar

Haven't the solariums in Antalya heard of cherries, sour cherries, strawberries?! Regarding the beach: 8 years ago when the hotel was Side SunGate the sunbeds were more loosely positioned

The distance is about 1 km to the beach, not 150 m. Regarding the hotel: Everything is wroted and spoked in German. 😡 Resume: for 2700 €, next year i will go to Greece 😍

Everything else, the beach, surroundings and other guests are amazing

Additionally, the sea was quite dirty, and large rocks were scattered throughout, which was not only annoying but caused injuries to several guests. Because of this, I’m giving one star less

Beautiful hotel but a lot of stairs to climb if you can't get in a lift. Also if you can speak German you're in for better service.

This was the best hotel ever, very good food and kind staff. I also forgot something in my room and when I came home to Sweden I mailed them and now 4 days after that I have got my stuff back

If you want you can eat almost all day long and everyone has to find something tasty here. During the time we were there there were still free loungers

Had a wonderful stay with my best friend. Nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and drinks are served at your table in a quiet area with plenty of space to sit, both inside and outside

And the beach restruant serves hot snacks, (freshly made before your eyes), salad,and fresh fruit, and at 3pm lots of tasty cakes and freshly made pancakes

There was a variety of food and drinks(you need to try some baklava it was delicious). One night we had a alacarte dinner and you hava a three options you can choose from: italian,turkish and sea food

Other than that  this is a fantastic Hotel and I feel its unfair an a little racist to judge a hotel based on them not speaking English, are they expected to learn the language of every guest who visits their hotel

The pool bar area is lovely and you can help yourself to bottled water whenever you like. The drinks are strong and there is a huge range :) the food at the pool bar is lovely if you dont fancy the buffet for lunch

We then realised that despite it stating no towels on loungers around the pool till after 7am that that doesn't happen and seemingly people go out very early indeed

So naturally we joined the party and my partner would go down at 6. 30am and loads of loungers were already gone. The pool area is immaculate, plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

This is a really luxurious, spacious and clean resort, with a nice pool area with water slides, access to beach (shuttle every 15 minutes, 5-minute ride) and top-notch service

Today he rudely insulted my wife when she refused him. I absolutely do not recommend his services

Lunch at the beach bar is the best with a stunning setting. It’s the hotels own private beach with 100s of sun beds which are free. There is about 45-50 steps from the beach bar down to the beach

The facilities and rooms are very good, and on the cliff by the sea, the scenery is unobstructed.

Near the hotel there is a lake, a forest, 10 minutes walk to the sea. In winter there is an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna. The food is ok.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, the rooms are large with a terrace, only a rooster at 4:00 was extra 😀. We were in March, the indoor pool was cool, sauna from 11 only, not in the morning.

The hotel in General, the advantages (in my opinion): a vast area, mini water Park, a lot (5 or 6) swimming pools, we almost didn't use - went to the beach, animation (" - " linguistically oriented to German tourists), proximity to the sea (700 meters and there is a minibus from the hotel), lots of shops in the hotel and around it, the kitchen is beyond praise for every taste and for any age, and of...

Of the minuses (in my opinion): the extensive grounds of the hotel and 2 outputs for the territory is also 2 (one on the North side, the other on the South to the sea), and guess where they are - right on Dream World Hill 5*, although on-site Dream Family Club 4* there are 2 entrance gates with round the clock security, and there is no escape

Need to go down to the beach and walk along the shore right to the nearest river flowing into the sea, then along the river up to the bridge, go to the other side, again up to 2 bridge (not far 50 - 100 meters from the sea) - go and see the stones and feed them, if brought with the Breakfast cheese (they love it), boiled egg

Great atmosphere, not a big entertainment team but enough to keep us occupied for the week, all staff were polite and reasonable, the location is very ideal within a walk to the beach aswell as local markets and many restaurants

We are regular visitors to Side star park, I absolutely love it. Side star park is the only hotel we have visited more than once and we are very well travelled having visited around 38 countries in the last 20 years
