Rooms are spotless clean and  so are the pools. AC in room is great and Wi-Fi works all the time. Mini fridge is stocked with water, juice and soft drinks. TV had only 3 channels in English

Staff at hotel are friendly and everyone spoke English but shows and activities were mainly in German. We were allocated a double room facing the kids pool

It was very noisy between 8pm -12pm from a hotel next door with pumping loud music. Also very loud music during 10am-5pm from pool entertainment. We requested to change but hotel was full

This hotel is amazing. Staff go above & beyond for you. Rooms are spacious & very clean. The food is impeccable, something for all taste buds.

This isn't a reflection of the hotel and staff as it was spotless, but unfortunately coming home feeling like i have been in a 90s time warp due to the guests. Side town centre which is gorgeous and well worth a visit

  Food is plentiful and a good variety but it does get busy. But there were flies on the bread, pastries, fruits and desserts. We really liked the dessert bar serving drinks, cakes and ice cream

The beach is not great for children because the water is quite deep with stones on the bottom and there were some waves

Had a holiday for 10 days in September for our honeymoon. Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff were excellent. Never returned to a hotel before but happily stay here again

Our stay in Paloma Orenda was truly amazing. and very relaxing atmosphere and all sorts of activities. If you get tired laying on the sun beds. Zumba was the top activity we attended

The facilities were beautiful. Flexible, friendly, nice disco every night. Quite inclusive for all languages even if they mainly spoke German and English

The night program was amazing acrobatics, ice skating, circus show, music. Only downside is that the pools were a bit cold for end of October

The food is delicious, with a wide selection, and the desserts are a special treat! The sheer number of them makes you forget about dieting ❤️ The hotel is superb, I recommend it to everyone)))

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is very cozy, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and it's a pleasure to spend time in them

Roka restaurant was our favorite. Pool area is nice but good luck finding spot due to the usual towel crowd, other areas are easier to find a spot in and nice. Drink service to the loungers is fairly slow

The staff is responsive, attentive, and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. I'd especially like to highlight the cleanliness throughout the hotel—it's clear they're meticulously maintaining it

First time staying at a Barut hotel, Deluxe direct sea view Room. Property and rooms are nice, not new but well maintained

Room is spacious enough although only 1 sink and bathroom amenities and minibar are fairly limited. Food was good, enough choice between the buffet and a'la carte restaurants, but reservation system needs improvement

Friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable nothing amazing, but good enough for sure. Only real downside is the slightly longer walk to the beach than expected, but this is maybe reflected in the price.

Great hotel, very nice service and stuff! 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach with the sand like a powder. Beach is clean, water is warm. Personnel speaks English, German, Russian and Turkish

Wifi is at lobby only, but free. Wifi password: breezeside,after that at browser page enter your room number as login name and passport number as a password. iPad is able to connect from swimming pool

Recommend this place for sure! One thing to improve - would be nice to have more stable WiFi connection over the area

(Bare in mind we visited mid October so it wasn’t a busy period) Not enough sun beds- Throughout the whole stay we had to pay hotel next door for sun-beds on the beach because no matter if you come at 10am or 2pm there was no space on Narcia side whatsoever

The rooms are very clean, everyone is very friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, especially the cakes, the children were very happy with the slides and the pool, so we spent less time at the beach and more at the pool 🤣 The only drawback, but not at the expense of the hotel, is that you have to get up at almost 4,5 in the morning for the sunbeds, but it doesn't matter, at least our day lasted...

Pool- Once again not enough sun beds around pool and aqua park extremely cold water in the pool it was warmer to go to the beach. Extras- Ridiculous prices for pool table

At the beach-8min walking distance food and drink can be found which belongs to hotel

Location- Great location, close to shops, beach and bus in front of the hotel takes you to Old Town Side

You are expected to pay €6 for 30mins of pool game cash only

We stayed at Seashell spa resort, very friendly and helpful staff. Food and refreshments were always top class really enjoyed the sat and would recommend to others

The rooms don’t have working cold air conditioning and instead had hot air conditioning. I explained this as a problem with reception and they failed to help me and provide a solution

Highly recommended! Outstanding service, great food with 4 chefs cooking different dishes live, clean rooms. No complaints at all, everything was just perfect.

The beach bar for lunch was amazing, you could choose a meal and they would live cook this for you in front of you. The drinks and all bar staff were really friendly and very attentive to our needs

Memory massage stays for longer! The fish pool needs cleaning. Always a delicious tea after the treatment. In a beauty salon you have to be careful when you take your drinks. Better to have something twisted in a bottle

All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool

We really liked the swimming pool, transfer to the beach and free sunbeds there

At that time there is a long line for it could be more than 30 people waiting for it :/ Guests are allowed to "block" sunbed at the swimming pool during the night and also for a whole day

We come here 15 September and it's first time we come to terrace elite resort. Everything is fantastic the staff of this hotel is great. The food is good , the rooms beautiful and clean reception they have good work

Hello just came back from Ramada,what i can say the hotel is very good,a lot of food ,grill dishes as well,room was nice and clean,sea not far away,bar by the sea as well,lobby bar was making good coctails,in general we liked very much 8 out of 10

We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay and it was brilliant our children loved it too food was ok for an all inclusive holiday plenty to choose from breakfast was a little bit of a let down but can’t please everyone lunch was brilliant for the children with burgers nuggets pizza etc I had a minor accident which resulted in a hospital trip and the hotel was brilliant got me to and from the hospital...

We was helped to our room by the bellhop, he took our luggage and told us a few things about the room. We settled in nice and quickly and found ourselves straight Round the pool

The only thing that would work would be if the beach didn't have so many stones, so you definitely need water shoes. For people who are not very picky, I highly recommend it

There is points that I would change such as rude Germans and Russians pushing in front of you for good etc. but they are nothing to do with the hotel and cannot be avoided so that hasn't effected my review of the hotel

We even used the spa facility's during our stay and that was excellent. Honestly, don't worry about reading the negative reviews of this hotel, you really have to go and make up your own minds

At the moment doing work at beach but its not any problem Very german orientated. Beach is stunning Pool area is same. All staff are good Yep cats around but they dont bother anyone

No lack of sun loungers and shade on beach front. All day Beach buffet and drinks are delicious open till about 6. All day Pool bar and fresh cooked to order food and ice cream available most of day

There were no showers or foot-washing stations available before entering the pool, which might have contributed to this issue. One of the biggest disappointments was the advertised aquapark

The pools are a good size and the water temperature was pleasant, but we noticed that they became quite dirty throughout the day

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days as a family — myself, my husband, and our 9-year-old daughter. We chose this resort based on the positive reviews and its 5-star rating, so we arrived with high expectations

Clean private beach with plenty of beds meant you could have a break from the main pools/slides. Thank you Monachus for a wonderful stay!

The lazy river also lacked sufficient water flow to work as intended. At the main pool bar, staffing seemed insufficient, leading to long queues throughout the day. At times, there was even a shortage of ice for drinks

U Can choose from many types of food and cakes in the restaurant and beach too. Beach was always tidy, no crowded sunbeds, many shop right out from the hotel, you will be excited if you are shoppaholic like me

Hotel was renovated this year + new waterslides, pools, we had a Nice view from our Room to the poolside and garden. Garden was very beautiful and always tidy, animation programs were excelent

We liked the food, it was diverse enough for us, with a lot of fresh herbs and vegetables. There was fish everyday either grilled or baked in the oven. On fish night we had an extremwly delicious fish in salt

It was very convenient for us 5 to pay 15 eur each way and visit the Roman ruins at our own pace. The sea was clean and clear and very warm. I must say some of the staff was really friendly and helpful

I want just to give a nod here to Omer from reception, the lady who was baking the flatbreads on the beach (gozleme -do try them out they are delicious) and one male employee on the beach who was actively cleaning everything there in extreme heat

My stay at Glamour Spa and Resorts Hotel in Antalya had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and proficient in German and Turkish, creating a friendly atmosphere

The hotel is good with a nice beach but room is small and the drainage in the bathroom in banio is bad.

There is a huge selection of food on a daily basis. This is NOT one of those All Inclusive hotels that serves you only cold sliced meat and eggs. Much of the food is cooked in full view, so you can see how it is prepared

I recommend a great hotel. everything was fine from the room, food, pools, beach and staff. just behind the hotel is mainly a shopping street, so an ideal location. we will come back again

As always we had a great time. We were pleasantly supprised that there was some changes. The area arround the pool is changed and now it is better then it was. The animation team was better then ever

Food is good with great selection, but after some days is the same with no changes and due to this you do not know what to take to eat. Wifi is covered through all hotel including the beach

We rented a large one for 4 people for 10 euros an hour, and we rode around in a sidecar. The hotel was completely full at the end of May—they cancelled the buffet, only à la carte

Pool is clean and there are always sunbeds available with drinks service. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss but there is always a few day games and a main event on at 9pm. The hotel is a very well oiled machine

Service is very varied - some waiters prefer guests who give tips, especially those from Germany. Intimate atmosphere, no crowds or "battles" for sunbeds. Food - meals monotonous, little choice

Not all the food is to my liking but there is so much choice you can never go hungry. They have a seafood night, Turkish night and they do really work to make sure you are enjoying the hotel

Suddenly we saw two people with luggage and sweaty guy, who was appearntly cleaning room after those two people. Pool, pool bar is very good also snack bar is good way how to enjoy launch

Animations was good as well, playlist wasn't changing, what is not according to my preference, but games were 👍. Awesome is that at 3pm you get fruit by pool 👍 Foam party was also 👏

I had one of the best vacations ever at Alexia Hotel. The staff were extremely cordial and the entertainment options were incredible; especially with Miki and Atila who always made sure that we had lots of fun

The hotel is in a very nice place. It is a place where you can go easily in the concept of all inclusive. Food and drinks are delicious. You can easily reach it by car or minibus

It's just okay Hotel was fine. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean. Could do with a bit of a refreshment. Not much selection for vegetarians. We came early in April so pool side snacks were not open

there was one significant minus - next door there is a long-running 24-hour counter!!! Most likely, 2025 will not be a very good decision for all those who came to relax in the nearby hotels
