It' s one of the best sea holiday place in Side Antalya. Beach of the hotel is perfect. People working in hotel are very good. Foods are 😋 delicious. Clean. I advice you to stay.

The children saw her and many of the others in the team as a friend and were upset to leave! All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and hard working. The bar staff Aydin and Duge were always helpful

Went with a friend and our 2 children. The children loved the slides, beach, ice cream, Turkish bath but most importantly the animation team! They went out of their way to make our holiday fun

They had a range of activites to get us all involved. Special mention to Morgan, she really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a brilliant holiday

Such behavior that actually happened to me is extremely unprofessional Last but not least, I would like to highlight that accepting feedback and using the retrospective to improve your services, will definitely be more beneficial to your hotel than arguing with persons giving feedback

Meat dishes were varied, but fish was always the same type prepared with different sauces every day. Out of seven days, seafood and sushi were served only once

There are no clear signs inside the hotel, so finding your way around was frustrating. The beach itself is nice, with a gradual entrance into the sea

The staff was really helpful, particularly a woman called Sevilay, she helped a lot in the restaurant area, even though we didn't know the language perfectly

They cleaned the rooms each day, they also refilled the minibar as well and created some animal formats from towels

We've been to this hotel many times in the past years and the experience is always wonderful! Excellent services, especially the waiters, cleaners, kitchen staff, gardeners, security staff and pool maintenance workers

One thing to note is that the hotel is a bit far from the sea, so you might need to walk or arrange transport if you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach

The restaurant was too small for the number of guests (and it's not even high season), so it sometimes took a long time to find a seat

The food and drinks were also quite good with a variety of options

The rooms and pools are just outstanding! If I have to point a finger at something negative (not so negative) the old bus that drives to the beach doesn’t represent the hotel standard and the pump at the corner bar door could use a fix as it had an annoying sound

Guests really should show a bit more respect after a certain hour and be quieter! The rooms were also not cleaned very well. Dirt was left lying on the floor and mopping did not happen during our stay

We stayed for a week with friends at this hotel, which is very well located. Check-in went very smoothly thanks to a very friendly receptionist, who give an explanation of how everything worked

The sea is clean and the sand is the most pleasant entry into the sea (even from neighboring hotels many swam with us) we found sunbeds without problems both on the beach and by the pool. We liked everything! Thank you

We had a wonderful vacation here. Overall, the hotel is good, but with a few minor drawbacks here and there. The Defne Defnem is a rather low-end 5-star hotel

The only complaint I have was the wifi, it doesnt work in the rooms, that made my stay uncomfortable as I needed to pay a lot of money for data in my country

There is one (!!) type of sliced cheese that is cut into 6 different varieties and served on 6 different plates to give the impression of a large selection (see pictures). This cheese is terribly tasteless

We had an amazing holiday here. The Hotel is beautiful, extra clean, plenty of food choices even for the picky eaters. Also the beach bar was super nice, the team is also very cute

There was never any more choice. If you like cheese, this is not the place for you. The sausage is also not worthy of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is rather disappointing for a German palate

We are regular visitors to Side star park, I absolutely love it. Side star park is the only hotel we have visited more than once and we are very well travelled having visited around 38 countries in the last 20 years

Staff are amazing, hotel is immaculate, the location is great and to top it all you actually feel like you are on holiday as not many British people appear use this hotel which we love

Staff are friendly and attentive. Entertainment was great, a couple of shows outside, singer, music etc. During the day they had various pool games, darts, aerobics etc

The hotel was brilliant and the Hotel Manager Hakan was absolutely fantastic

We had a hiccup with the room on the first night and he made sure we had a wonderful holiday by checking in regularly, and even helping with the restaurant bookings to make our holiday so memorable

There was a small minority of staff who seemed to prefer the German Guests and could be quite rude at times. Overall this is a lovely hotel with very good service, the cleanliness of the hotel cannot be faulted

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Not a massive resort but a definitely a large hotel with great facilities like a heated pool, Hammam spa and gym. It was a quiet hotel which is great for relaxing

Majority of the staff speak German. There are a few people that speak English. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. The food was really nice and there were different options. The lounge area was also really nice

They decided to meet spring in Turkey - they were tired of the cold and rains. Side met with warmth, sun and turquoise sea. We chose the hotel based on the price

Since the sea is still cool in April, this did not stop the swimmers, but the hotel has an indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is not heated, but people swam there too

You will never go hungry here! The sea, in my opinion, is still cool, but very clean and very gentle entrance

Especially Hakan is the best bartender, (cooks, waiters, cleaners) are always on the positive side, if you contact them, they will always help, in this hotel every evening there is entertainment with which it is not boring

We felt very comfortable in this hotel during our 10-day stay at the beginning of January! We knew there was construction going on across the street, but our room was on the side facing away from it

There is a side room next to the bar which has some highly impractical furniture which really needs to be stripped out with compact seating to replace it

All the staff in the hotel are excellent most speak English many also speak German The soundproofing between bedrooms could be better, but the standard of the rooms was good

Stayed there a few months ago and some staff were great while others were ok with their service. The food was good and plentiful but very much the same catering for more European needs

Play Park: The kids loved the play park, there was nothing wrong with it, it was perfect for the little ones, it has 2 swings, 2 slides, 1 big sea saw and 2 separate ones which again the kids loved

As minor downsides, we found the entertainment programs to be quite loud (though most were very interesting), and we missed having designated non-smoking seating (tables) around the pool

Good location close shops near and a market also Rooms are clean however the cleaner not so great. Good atmosphere great holiday and the entertainment team made it even more enjoyable

The rooms were cleaned daily and the drinks were restocked in the fridge. The location was also great! There was a market in front of the hotel and the beach was within a walking distance (about 15 minutes on foot)

The hotel itself was very clean and well situated for the beach and other tourist attractions!! It is approx 1 hour transfer from the airport

During our stay we mainly stayed around the pool, we did use the hotel bus to the beach which is great but, we enjoyed the entertainment during the day and found Mona and her team were busy and tried to involve all guests in the different activities which were great

My young son especially enjoyed the large pool!! The guest relations manager Zeynel (forget his surname) for myself and family along with other families we met found him to be helpful with anything we needed, he always seemed to be about making sure all guest were happy, ok and enjoying themselves, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, my young son especially took to him and was asking each...

I certainly would recommend this hotel and would 💯 return, our only negative is that unfortunately, we found the reception manager Ali and his team didn’t smile and were not very helpful, even to order a taxi seemed too much trouble !! All in all great hotel, with everything you needed, definitely value for money

The sandy beach is about a 5 minute walk or with the shuttle and is beautiful. The sea is clean and clear and there are enough free loungers for everyone

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The proximity to the beach is an added advantage, as you can enjoy the wonderful sea of ​​Antalya at any time

The food both in the hotel and on the beach is good, you can always find something for every taste. The hotel has a big selection at every meal. The drinks (local alcohol) are okay for a 4 star hotel

Some of the rooms also need to be renovated; you can see the age of the building in places like door frames, cupboards, shower cubicles and exhaust fans

However, the rooms facing the street are not recommended; the windows are very thin and you can constantly hear the street next to the hotel

There is one in the adjacent hotel (Villa Side Residence), but as a holidaymaker at the Villa Side Hotel you are not allowed to visit it just like that - so you cannot use the mini club

The stage used for the evening entertainment is in the far corner so, unless you get a seat early, it’s awkward to view

I come hear on 27th of June till 5 th of July with my mum the hotel is amazing should be 5* the food is lovely something for everyone all fresh you will never go hungry the beach is beautiful and sandy no stone they put show on ever night they put so much in too it the room are nice and clean cleaning staff do amazing job so do bar staff and restaurants staff I would recommend getting a nice relaxing...

With regard to the hotel, first and foremost, it’s impeccably clean, and the staff are attentive and accommodating, even if language can be a slight barrier; any issues, such as our room being too noisy, were resolved quickly and efficiently

The private beach setup could be better, though. Sunbeds are lined up in tight rows, and, due to the parasols, you're often sitting in shade, which can be frustrating if you're hoping to sunbathe

The food in the hotel is varied and of an exceptional standard for a smaller hotel and for this visit, credit to Savas, Veli and his team for ensuring that the focus was maintained on keeping the quality right through to the very last day of the season

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Side, Antalya. Our stay was from 4th to 11th of July 2025 and everything exceeded our expectations — from the moment we arrived until the day we left

The cleaning ladies are great. The safe is free, the AC works fine and the balcony is spacious as well as the room. There is also a 24h bar in the main hall by the reception where they serve drinks all they long

That's why the reception area is very busy as people stay on the many couches or chairs to have a drink and chat. But it's noisy for those accomodated on the first floor as german tourists are very loud

We traveled as a family of three for an 11-day vacation to Seaden in late August 2024. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and shown to our rooms. The rooms were clean and of decent size

I have never experienced such a huge selection and variety of food everyday in the resteraunt. An absolutely beautiful hotel right on the beach. Hopefully we will be back in the very near future
