4th time in this hotel. As always we had a great time. We were pleasantly supprised that there was some changes. The area arround the pool is changed and now it is better then it was. A non-smoking hotel full of ashtrays. The "no smoking" signs in the hotel are a joke when people smoke on balconies, terraces, during meals, by the pool, at the bar, and on the beach... really disgusting. The claim that the hotel is family-friendly is quite bold when no reasonable parent would want to expose their children to constant cigarette smoke. The Hotel is clean, the service is not good. The hotel caters more for the Germans. The hotel staff speak German and very little English. The reception staff are rude. My husband and I were there in March, off-season! We liked the hotel, it is very well located: close to the promenade area and the old town - for which it was chosen! There are no complaints about the food, the bar at the reception has very tasty Turkish coffee! But ... there was one significant minus - next door there is a long-running 24-hour counter!!! We are very satisfied with the whole hotel. Everyone was very nice. the staff speaks German rather well, but we only know English. Despite this, they did everything they could to communicate with us. Just returned from an 11 night holiday here and it was a lovely holiday. The hotel is kept really clean even the lifts are checked for cleanliness throughout the day. This is our third time back to the hotel. It's one of the few hotels open in winter. In January, we had a heated outdoor pool. The food is good, not very varied—mostly the same every day—but everything is delicious. The rooms need renovation.

We booked a room with a sea view. The receptionist said they had the right to change the room category and gave us the worst room with a roof view. We were told to complain to Trip.com. The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks over Christmas. The food in this hotel is fantastic and second to none. Such ahuge variety of local and world cuisine. We travelled as a family of 4 from the UK with children aged 13 and 15. Although the hotel was mainly German this was quite an experience to not have the typical Brit vibe. A very good hotel well located in Evrenseki. The location is close to the beach (barely 10 minutes on foot). The shops are located along the street which passes in front of the hotel. The hotel and its services are great. Beware of the local photographer who promises a free photo shoot if you don't like it, then he is aggressive and demands 440 euros for the photos. Today he rudely insulted my wife when she refused him. I absolutely do not recommend his services.

Great hotel, great entertainment every day including exercise classes. Beach bar great. Always loads of sunbeds by pool or beach. Lovely cocktails ways available. Loads of places to sit. Lovely rooms, nice and clean. Tea and coffee could be better. Great big pool just a tad cold this time of year.

Hotel is genuinely plush and lives up to 5 star advertising. It isn’t in the centre of side but travelling to side is easy and really cheap via the little hotel buses that go by every day. I recommend the Turkish a la carte meal which is included in your stay. Staff are all lovely and accommodating.

An incredible place. We once found a hotel on the internet that we fell in love with. Now we have visited six times and the longest time was 3 weeks. Although the other vacationers are German and the hotel's main language is German. It feels like we are with friends We can't wait for summer 2024.

We had a very good week in the Mary Palace Resort. The food was fantastic, the personnel was very kind. We have tried to learn a couple of Turkish words and enjoyed the enthusiasm of the crew to stimulate that. Also the animation was very nice, thanks Legend and others. The kids had fun on the waterslides and in the pool. We will recommend the hotel to whoever wants a quality experience.
