I stayed Jan 16–20. On my last day I accidentally booked the wrong dates for an extra night (Feb 18-19 instead of Jan 20-21). Staff said: "No problem, cancel this one and rebook" I rebooked correctly and submitted a cancellation request that same day — Jan 20.
The next day, after checkout, I found out the hotel had REJECTED my cancellation. I contacted them, was promised a callback. Never happened. I submitted a second cancellation request. Rejected again.
Feb 17: I received a check-in reminder. The hotel declared the booking non-refundable — for dates I never stayed, never intended to book, and tried to cancel twice.
I did everything right. The hotel refused every step of the way. Trip.com tried to help but failed. I lost over €200.
If you value your money, do not trust this hotel.

I spent two days celebrating my birthday, and it was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. The stay was amazing, the service was outstanding, and everyone made sure to wish me a Happy Birthday, which made the experience even more special.

The hotel is amazing! It is located in a great place—everything is nearby and very convenient. The staff is polite, responsive, and always ready to help. The cuisine is beyond praise—the breakfasts are delicious and varied. Special thanks to chef Yasser—a true professional! My stay here left only the most pleasant impressions.

Second Christmas brunch here at Bytes, and once again it was grand. The food quality is genuinely excellent. this isn’t hype, it’s consistently good. Honestly, it’s surprising I don’t see them advertising more because the experience deserves the attention. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Maria for the outstanding service. she truly gave us her best.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel during my recent business trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and conducive to work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet environment. I would certainly consider staying here again for future business travel.
The dining experience was excellent, with good food and a pleasant ambiance.

It is a good hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The water pressure though, was a bit disappointing.
The f&b was average although the desserts were to die for. The breakfast layout was intuitive for me.
Overall not a bad stay and can recommend the hotel.
