Trans World Hotel L.L.C in Dubai

Rooms have very bad smell, rooms have lots of defects, starting with broken doors and toilet seats, windows are very dirty, we found a big dead cockroach under our table. Price was ridiculously expensive knowing the accommodation, but we needed last minute stay. On the other hand rooms are spacious and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give 0 rating, I booked hotel (confirmed on booking.com) for 18. March and called them on 17th that I will check in late around 8pm. When I reached hotel reception told there is no room took a pause and asked me to check one available room. He offered me a staff room with broken metal beds, after arguing with him then he offered me other room for which I have to wait for minutes. The offered room was full of cockroaches, used sheets and no hot water. Very bad experience.
