The staff at the front desk when I first checked in were extremely rude and disrespectful. The towels smelled awful and were stained black. Breakfast was terribly bad, and the sheets were dirty. What more can I say? It was a truly awful hotel experience.

My stay at Omega Hotel Dubai was honestly below expectations. For the price you pay, the overall experience doesn’t match up.

The swimming pool was extremely cold and practically unusable. The sauna and steam room are always turned off, and you have to specifically request them to switch it on—then wait for the room to actually heat up. Not convenient at all.

The breakfast was quite poor with limited options. While the room size is good, the cleanliness is disappointing. The marble surfaces were sticky and seemed damaged, and even trying to clean them yourself doesn’t help. The bathroom ceiling was literally falling apart, which is something you wouldn’t expect in a hotel at this price range.

Another downside is the parking fee—you have to pay AED 25 per day even as a hotel guest. On top of that, the reception staff were not welcoming, which made check-in and general interactions unpleasant.

On the positive side, the location is great and close to everything you need. The pillows were also comfortable, which helped with getting some rest.

Overall, the hotel was just okay, but definitely does not deliver value for the amount you pay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless improvements are made.

The service here is very poor. The staff is not cooperative. Vinay treats guests in a row. No one is allowed to meet them, and the staff is very poor, and the experience was bad. I would not recommend it. Even if any customer comes here and states, be careful, be safe!
