The rooftop pool was a big hit with our children; they probably would’ve stayed there all day if they could!! It was relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time there in the evenings after exploring the city. My partner and I also appreciated having a small gym to unwind in.
Breakfast was good and offered a sufficient variety for everyone. I was pleased to see the staff handle my food when I told them about my allergies. The kids were happy with their choices, and we never felt rushed. Everything felt easy and relaxed.
Overall, it was a simple, comfortable stay with great service and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed was there, and it just felt welcoming. We’d happily stay here again as a family!
This place was a nightmare. The room was old, incredibly dark, and the overall environment was dirty. Worst of all, the provided items were not hygienic. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cleans their rooms.
But overall stay was ok.
In addition to this issue, the check-in process was very frustrating. We waited approximately 35 minutes at the reception before receiving any assistance, with no clear explanation or apology for the delay. This long wait, combined with the condition of the room, made our arrival stressful rather than welcoming.
We expected a much better level of service and comfort, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.
