The suite was good; however, the standard rooms were not clean, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had worn showers and unpleasant smelling towels.
The hotel would benefit greatly from renovations, as it does not currently meet four star standards, although the staff certainly does.
Room was great with such price
The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of assisting properly, the front desk behavior made the situation worse. Hospitality starts at reception, and unfortunately, this hotel failed badly in that area.
To make matters worse, we noticed a cockroach on the couch in the room area, which clearly shows poor hygiene and lack of proper maintenance. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation from any hotel, and this was completely unacceptable.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, and staff behavior were far below standard. I would not recommend staying here, your booking might get canceled upon your arrival
