I would like to bring to your attention some serious concerns regarding the condition of the room I recently stayed in. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were well below acceptable standards.
The room was not properly cleaned and appeared very dirty upon arrival. Most concerning was the presence of bed bugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, the furniture, lighting, and other room amenities were very outdated and in poor condition, which did not meet the expectations of a comfortable stay.
The washroom was also quite small and not well-maintained, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, the room and facilities require urgent attention and renovation to meet basic guest standards.
I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better guest experiences in the future.

I am still staying in hotel but it is really making me to stay uncomfortable as when i checked in i found used towel in wardrobe which smell very bad. I stayed in room 202

Worst Hotel I have ever been
Online booking price is 180 AED but they said 350 AED and after discount they said 300 AED
But took 350 AED payment such a scam
And there is no towel no toothbrush.
My money is ruined don't go in this hotel

Good price for family but no towels and toilets need more cleaning. Location is very good beside bus station near metro and city center mall with carrefour.

Overall, my stay at New Peninsula Hotel in Bur Dubai was pleasant, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was friendly, and the location is convenient. However, the room was a bit outdated and could use some upgrades, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The service was decent but could be more efficient, and the toiletries provided were basic and not up to standard. With a few improvements in room quality and better attention to guest services, this hotel could provide a much more comfortable experience.

In my entire life very 1st night i spent in Dubai or hotel room out of my country was in this hotel. I stayed there one week in 2012 Jan month, i m bit late to share my reviews as i was recalling my old memories so i came here to see the hotel photos. i was that much innocent i did not had even idea it is which star hotel......but yes it was nothing less than 7 star hotel experience everything staff food service locality atmosphere all amazing

Location is very nice many cheaper and delicious restaurant available. Some of rooms very noisy. My recommend don't stay 1st and 2nd floor

This place is an incredible blend of solemnity and hope. Seeing the destruction of the original cathedral is a pretty sobering experience. Conversely, the new chapel is gorgeous with some of the most unbelievable stained glass windows. The whole place points people back to the hope of restoration that is meant to be brought through the Church not only despite, but even through the injustices of history.

The worst hotel to stay. The door lock is broken, water tap broken, the ac is not working, shower knob broken, several pests, room was very smelly and no refrigerator in the room... The worst experience I had.. Not ever 1 star I will give to this hotel.. they should refund our money for such poor service...
