We checked in late, close to midnight. We requested for luggage delivery service. After waiting for a long time, we decided to go down and collect the luggage ourself. The room is kinda cold as the heater may not be functioning. Nevertheless, the hotel upgraded one room so that we can enjoy the new year fireworks. Breakfast is served 30 mins late.

The location, and place stands exceptional. The apt. And common areas a very nice and quiet. I had a fun filled day and of course I will visit again sometime. Kuddos to the current manager and securities they are professionals and know how to handle guests and situations.

Icon is at a great location near Mall of Emirates. Walking distance. Cabs are right outside the hotel making it very convenient. The staff are warm and always eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay there!

The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets, making it extremely convenient. The nearest station is within walking distance. I went for walks and shopping late at night and felt safe. The hotel rooms are spacious, and above all, the staff are very friendly.

If you're not here for the sea, then the hotel's location is perfect. Most importantly, the metro is nearby (just walk through the Mall).
