Excellent service and administration. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside is the noise at night from the music in the hotel clubs. And don't skimp on drinking water and towels

They are not providing toothbrushes or sleepers. Two water bottles were provided for two guests throughout the one-day stay. The swimming pool was clean, and the lifeguard was friendly

Mount Royal is very nice hotel if you are looking where to sleep and rest at night. Price is affordable and free breakfast. I stay in the hotel for 5 nights last June 23 to 27, 2017 and never encountered any problem.

Think they came for shopping as they are always moving shrink wrapped bags up and down. Hotel Management needs to create a special reception for them away from public glare if they still have to accommodate them

Hello! We booked a two-night stay at your hotel, expecting to enjoy our time here. Unfortunately, several problems have disrupted our experience: The toilet sink is clogged

There is a power issue with the card holder, causing the electricity to repeatedly turn off. The in-room phone is not working properly, making it difficult to contact reception

The hotel is nice but the things are not well clean and proper because they put a tissue box used one

The hotel needs an update; it’s outdated but conveniently located near the metro. You can take a direct train to Dubai Mall and beyond.

There's a bar downstairs, so it gets quite noisy at night, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. However, the in-room amenities are decent, with slippers, toothbrushes, and combs provided.

I decided to go down to the reception and change the room, without conflicts and loss of time. They gave us a second room, we went to it, and there were poorly cleaned floors and even found garbage on the floor

Best 2 star hotel in Deira. Gold Souq Metro station is only 10mins walk from the hotel. Staff is very good. At Reception Miss Poonam is very nice. She helped me in the late checkout. Thanks to her. And all staff..

Hotel is not large but get nice location in old Deira. Our room was with two windows, balcony and good conditioner. The restaurant is nice but we did not take meal. Metro station Gold Souk is near 20 minutes walk
