Well, I love the place.Perfect if u are going to a Dhow Cruise I think its only 10 mins walked to the place. Secondly, the staffs are friendly & accomodating..The buffet breakfast was good..

5/10 Location 8/10 We booked the Courtyard al Barsha because of the strategic location - about in the middle of Dubai - and I think we choose well, since every major attraction was around 30-45 minutes away

There's also a bar and a small pool on the rooftop with a nice view

They have a massage chair at the entrance and that was a great plus for me, it was exactly what I needed after a long day. and it’s less than 10 minutes from the airport, and close to metro to visit other locations

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Both breakfast and dinner were great, and the best part is the affordable price

I told them I had dust allergy so they made sure to provide a room with no carpet, and it was very clean! So is the rest of the hotel

They provide all the essentials: toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, soap, shower caps, and body lotion. You'll also find a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, and bottled water

All our requests were fulfilled with a smile. The room was spacious and clean , breakfast menu was little dull with limited items almost everyday

Rooms ending in x12 on each floor have great views and are quiet. It's close to Al Ras Metro Station, Exit 2, about a 300-meter walk, making it convenient to get anywhere by metro

Next to it are the Deira markets, including the famous Gold Souk and Spice Souk. Be aware that the gold there now looks quite pale, its purity is unclear, and prices are high

The room is quite spacious, and the balcony offers beautiful views of Dubai Creek, both at sunrise and sunset. No need for converters; Chinese plugs work directly

The breakfast downstairs is relatively simple, costing 50 RMB per person, but it's enough to fill you up. The hotel also has entertainment activities which can be quite noisy, so it's good to inquire when checking in

Staff is very helpful and promptly accommodates most of the reasonable requests. Jyoti, Kaur, Aman, Samir all serving with smile and prompt. Wish I had option to give 6 stars for staff service and attitude

On the main road and 2 minutes walk from BurJuman metro station that is directly accessible by Red and Green both lines. Hotel is surrounded by plenty of groceries store and decent shopping

There's a shopping mall, supermarket, and convenience store within walking distance. The laundry service is also a nice convenience. I'd definitely stay here again

The location is super convenient, just a one-minute walk from Union Station's Exit 3. However, check-in was really slow; we waited over half an hour. The room was a bit small, but overall it was great

Great value for money hotel! It's clean and tidy, and super convenient with the metro station right outside. Taxis in Dubai are much cheaper than Uber, which was a pleasant surprise

Despite the name “Sea View Hotel,” there was no actual sea view, which felt misleading. If you’re expecting a scenic oceanfront stay, this is not the place for you

The rooftop pool was a big hit with our children; they probably would’ve stayed there all day if they could!! It was relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time there in the evenings after exploring the city

There is a small take away in front of the hotel which was very convenient. The pool is not heated so it was freezing when we went in January which was a bit disappointing since the kids wanted to use the pool

The place is perfect to stay, as a gym rat, I enjoyed the gym, and the swimming pool is on top of the roof, so perfect to have a Sunday chill.

Mediocre at best, but at least it was cheaper during peak season. The whole hotel felt really damp, and the bathroom facilities were very old.

Lunch, on the other hand, was really good, but naturally upon extra payment. The pool area fit a max of 4 people and had a lot of flies, so it was rather uncomfortable

Breakfast was very short and not convenient for me. A lot of indian people and menu is aligned with them. Good but not for my european taste.

The sheets and duvet covers weren't clean enough; they looked white at first glance, but had colored stains on them. The balcony isn't very secure. It's just a glass door, and although it locks, it doesn't feel very safe

Front desk didn’t reply to my messages 48h before my arrival which created a very unpleasant mess at my check-in at 1:30am, after a long flight. Western breakfast option is not varied at all, plus all bread tasted old

The hotel facilities are extremely old, comparable to a guesthouse in a small town. The bathroom amenities are rudimentary, and the bed feels like something from a rental apartment. Cleanliness is also just average

All the staff members are friendly, helpful and efficient. The pool and gym are great and there's plenty to do here or nearby. We extended our stay and we will return.

It's just a one-minute walk to the sea, and they provide umbrellas, towels, chairs, and water

+ The entire Kite pedestrian street and jogging track are right by the hotel. + It's a new hotel with good furniture, nice bedding, and stylish rooms. + Good, stylish bathroom, and they replenished toothbrush kits daily

+ Decent breakfasts; everything you need is available. You can order omelets or fried eggs, there's porridge, fruits, pastries, and now you can pour your own coffee as much as you like (a big improvement since 2023)

Overall, breakfast has gotten much better compared to 2023 and 2024. + Very good cafe on the ground floor. A big thank you to the barista working there. + Front desk staff (there's an employee who speaks Russian)

Always ready to help with any questions. Cons: - Housekeeping: they virtually don't vacuum, never clean the balcony floor, and take a very long time to clean rooms. This alone deserves a minus one point

Pleasant stay in a clean, cozy hotel. They clean the rooms every day, the rooms are nice, and the amenities just fine. It's walking distance from the metro, and affordable for Dubai in terms of qualitaty-price ratio.

It is very close to the metro station, bus stops, small restaurants, and supermarkets. I would definitely stay here next time as well. There are a few clubs within the hotel, they dont bother you much

They offered us a corner room on the 5th floor, which was very peaceful and had good views. The room was tidied up perfectly every day, with extra water bottles if requested

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff member, Amrit Kaur from the housekeeping team consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my room was not only spotless but also infused with her warm hospitality

It's a 3 star hotel so it's quite budget friendly and decent enough for that. It is located near the Sharaf DG Metro Station which makes it easy for people to travel around the city. Also the breakfast here is amazing.

Normal prices, clean, really nice staff, rooms are great. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, so close to a metro station. Next time I come back in Dubai, I’ll stay in the same hotel
