Breakfast selection was good with decent choice of both hot and cold foods to pick from. Helpful and friendly room staff who looked after our rooms. Near Faringdon underground by walk or on public bus just outside the door.

Very basic hotel, a bed to lay your head although was kept awake on second night by loud people outside hotel doorway smoking and talking very loudly. Asked hotel to ask people to quieten down as it was 1pm on. Thursday and he refused. Earlier came back to room to find bed made but no loo roll and no replacement of coffee milk etc. considering we paid nearly £500 for 2 nights very disappointing! Hotel probably for budget traveller who don’t mind having a sleep. Breakfast was provided but very basic ingredients. All in all go elsewhere

Comfortable hotel rich and varied breakfast the staff very kind and very friendly and very helpful room very clean cleaning done correctly and every day value for money very interesting Hôtel confortable petit déjeuner copieux et varié le personnel très gentil et très aimable et très serviable chambre très propre ménage fait correctement et tous les jours rapport qualité prix très intéressant

Booked this hotel via a secret hotel, what a gem this turned out to be. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was great for travel into London, the breakfast next morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and the staff were very attentive, both my daughters had also stayed here with their families and they were allowed to park their cars early for us all to enjoy our day in London. Would definitely use again

Last minute hotel booking, didn’t expect too much… HOWEVER… was very surprised that everyone working there at the desk were professional and accommodating! Also, breakfast was included and let me tell you—— it was good—- really good. Everything from eggs to cold cereal… coffee, latte, cappuccino… well worth the effort to get up before 10 am!! The only thing I would get rid of is that adjacent store that allegedly has all your essentials needs.. no.. it doesn’t! If you’re going into town, make sure to forget that useless little store at the Holiday Inn Express London even exists and get everything you need elsewhere!!!

I had a dinner here at Urban Brasserie and the food was amazing! Had the pressed pork belly and the flavour of the garnishes along with how well it was cooked made my evening. Sandra was my server and she was very lovely and welcoming from the beginning to the very end. Thanks alot and will be coming back here whenever I stay at Holiday Inn next

Having just arrived for a 3 night stay enroute to Vietnam, we were amazed to be informed that if we wanted to use the gym fitness facilities we had to pay an extra £10 per person per day 😱. The hotel is located at T4 Heathrow airport and shares facilities with the Plaza, both are situated in the shared foyer and both are of similar pricing. However, note if booking with the Plaza, gym facilities are included, but an extra cost is charged with the Hospitality Inn Express: disgraceful and very disappointing. On the plus side, we had a lovely warm welcome from food and beveridge staff Vic. Vic was extremely friendly and very helpful in advising us about the other facilities on offer. Thank you Vic, we appreciate your assistance 🙂

After reading several of the bad reviews I wondered if I should even bother adding mine on top of all the others. But, I just can't let this slide. As far as IHG properties go, this hotel has to be at the bottom as far as quality is concerned, even for a Holiday Inn Express. Of the 7 days I stayed at this hotel, 3 of the days the room was actually cleaned as it should be. On my last night there, they didn't even bother to take the trash out of the room or even replace the towels. I had to go down to the desk and request them.
Then, if this isn't bad enough, I awake in the morning to find there is no hot water in the room, so no shower today. I guess either the staff did this on purpose for me demanding towels and complaining about the room cleaning or it was the Cleaning Staff's message to me that I wouldn't be needing the towels anyway.
As for the breakfast, yes, it's included in the room, but you get what you pay for. Nothing on the breakfast is worth noting. It's food, move along.
Do yourself a favor, find another hotel, that's all I have to say.

올드스트릿역이랑 매우가깝고, 방도 깔끔하고 스탭도 깔끔한 매너. 근처에 수퍼(마트)있어서 샐러드나 간단요기하기좋음.
Near oldstreet station(3min walk) Cozy and clean room. Staffs were reasonably kind.
Not that great view but enough for business trip. Also there’s a supermarket near, which is very convenient.
(+) They prepared paper back for those who can’t have breakfast that they can put bagel in and get out. Thought it was very good.
