Fantastic hotel 8 mins walk from Victoria underground. But in a quiet street. Good facilities and lovely room. Recommended.

One of the townhouses has been converted into a hotel, which is exactly the kind of London residence I've always imagined. I was very happy to have the opportunity to stay there. The hotel is located near Victoria Station, and can be reached directly by bus from London Airport. The Victoria Underground line is also very convenient, providing easy access to various attractions. Buckingham Palace is within walking distance, perfect for a leisurely stroll and experiencing London life. The hotel bathroom has a heated towel rack, making laundry very convenient. Also, there's a small shop on the left-hand corner, convenient for buying drinks and fruit.

Good location. Walking distance from Victoria station. Really nice staff. Lend me an adapter to charge my phone.

This small hotel is just 200 meters from Victoria Station in the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and come with a kettle and refrigerator. This is a great choice for a trip to London.

The room is small and the lobby is clean

The hotel is perfectly located, a 3-5 minute walk from Victoria Station. Ctrip also has several day trip meeting points at Victoria Bus Station, making it particularly convenient. The rooms are well-equipped, with air conditioning and a kettle. The surroundings are also pleasant and quiet at night.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location, quiet in a busy city, with delicious bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Victoria subway station is well connected. The room is small and exquisite, with air conditioning, the only small drawback may be that you need to walk a few stairs to enter the hotel.

The waiting area is very classical. It is not yet check-in time, and the staff prepared English afternoon tea with friendly attitude. The room I booked is relatively large, well-equipped, very quiet and clean. The room prepared many kinds of coffee, tea and snacks.
The hotel is close to the subway, train station and bus station, which is convenient for travel. It is also a hotel near the finish line of the London Marathon. It is worth coming again next time~

Great B&B to stay in so close to Victoria Station & in the heart of Belgravia. Very pleasant, quiet area with nice coffee shops & cafes. Staff very friendly. There is a 24 hr front desk. Continental breakfast or an a la carte cooked off site breakfast. We tried the different options & both excellent. The room was very clean, with ironing board & iron & hair dryer in cupboard. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided & bottled water in the fridge provided. The bed was very comfortable & a great size. The bathroom had all we needed but it was the only thing that reduced our rating - dated, sink & shelf above toilet cracked, taps & plug holes corroded. With new fittings it would have been perfection

Very disappointing, with so much competition the quality of steaks and cooking simply not good enough. Staff also not knowledgeable on menu

One of my favourite places. Perfect for lunch or dinner whether it be social or business. Always good food and wine. Service is flawless!

Great food and great service! Offers a nice variety of meals, with varying price points. They also have a huge variety in wines. We visited before seeing a show nearby, and this was a perfect location for the evening.

This is a lovely joint with a unique style and fabulous drinks menu. Really like both the snug and the cigar terrace. However it often takes too long to get service, and staff are occasionally downright rude. We will continue to come back for the ambience and the quality of the drinks after work because it's less busy than most other pubs and bars in the area. Very pricey, but it's justified.

The service was very mixed with one attentive waitress but the waiter, when asked the origin of one of the Scottish meat dishes by my husband ( who is a Scottish farmer) looked at him with distain and walked off never to return again . We were a party of 7, although we were charged for 8 when the bill came and we queried what the £7.50 /person jazz charge was (We were not told that if you dine in the room where the band is playing that you are charged for this). Most of the party enjoyed their steaks but I must say my medium rare steak came out over cooked and with little taste. The three scallops found in the scallop and chickpea starter were difficult to find as they were pretty much the same size as the chickpeas on the plate.
We are a Scottish farming family with two sons living in London so we often dine in London, particularly enjoying restaurants that feature Scottish produce on their menus. We certainly enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant but the quality of some of the service and food was not as it should have been .

The waiter was incredibly rude. Do not believe the opening times, wanted to go there for a late lunch. It wasn't open. We managed to get there for dinner only to be disappointed by the off putting behaviour of the waiter!!!!! Spend your money somewhere else, London has a wide variety of quality Indian restaurants.

We had to wait for sometime to get the food. But food was good, spicy. Quantity is also good.

Great food & good value for money. The staff were really nice too. Food came within good time I couldn’t fault it at all 5/5

Very good Indian food in the area. Place a bit small but they have basement for big groups. Worth giving a try. Please take note of their hours of operation which is limited to lunch and dinner. Staff very helpful

Very rude staff. Had literally sat down to have some lovely dinner after a long journey. I had a bottle of coke with me and was just about to take a sip as I was quite thirsty before starting to look into the menu. The staff in a very rude voice just “told me off” for consuming drink purchased from outside. I was just gobsmacked with his attitude and rudeness. So me and my friend just got up and left within 2 minutes. So never again and avoid if/where possible. We found another Indian restaurant just down the road walking towards Pimlico and had an amazing meal.

Mango tree has been a regular option for special events such as birthdays and anniversaries for me and the family. We visit possibly 4 times a year and have never once left feeling dissatisfied.
On our last visit, ordered a steak, expecting it to be leaner than it was. Likely this was my mistake for realising wagyu is not lean.
The staff were very friendly and apologetic, even though it was my fault, refunded the dish and suggested the alternative Thai green curry with chicken which had the most succulent chicken I've had.
They made no fuss about this and this, among the amazing dishes is one of the reasons we continue to visit.

Wow! Great food, service and ambience. Not overpriced. Went with former colleagues one Monday lunchtime. Even at this time of the day/week, there was a decent atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again.

Good food, as was the service too.
Didn't like the fact there was a massive birthday party right behind us and they were loud as anything!
Also the route to the toilet there alot of clutter everywhere, I didn't expect a very up market place to leave storage and just excess stuff lying around on the side
21.12.2017 Grzegorz
Good food and nice, warm and cosy interior. The chocolate sphere dessert they serve is just bomb. The main wasn't as great as I would expect. Even though they score high with their caring and good mannered staff which will be with you always when you need it but still staying not pushy at all. Good place for a date ;)

The food is decent, not overpriced. Big restaurant so it can take a while if it's full. For me the food in Rosa's is better.
