The hotel is in a great location, which is definitely its strongest point. However, the rooms are very small, and even the “double bed” feels quite tiny and not very comfortable for two people. Customer service was just okay—nothing special. The housekeeping staff were actually much more friendly and welcoming than the reception desk staff, who didn’t seem very approachable. Overall, the main issue is the size of the rooms, which makes the stay less comfortable.

Great value. No frills but tired rooms in need of an update and a mattress with some support, any support.

Puts you in a neighbouring sister hotel without telling you beforehand and that was another 5 minute walk from the railway station. The quilt was really thin and you will defo be freezing at night if in winter. Parts of the room is in working condition like the radiator or the ventilation in the bathroom. In general not a good experience and not going back.

The room is quite small (the bed is probably around 0.8 meters wide), but the location is great. The facilities are sufficient, and it has a private bathroom. There is also a smart TV, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle. Breakfast includes toast, cereal, yogurt and a full English breakfast with fried eggs, sausages, and beans.

The location was great. However, the receptionist couldn’t care less about her job. She was unhappy, grumpy, despondent, and made no effort at all to engage as we checked in. The room was up one narrow flight of stairs. Thankfully I didn’t have much luggage but definitely if I had, it would be a real struggle.
The room was clean but definitely we’ll need of upgrading. There was a draught around the window which would certainly make a cold room in the winter.
The floors are very thin and I was able to hear lots of noise and provocative sounds during the course of the night. Extremely embarrassing if I had my teenagers with me.

In view of their prices, it certainly wasn’t worth the money. I really would not recommend this hotel. And I would never ever use it again. Absolutely terrible 😞 👎 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Food was very nice, but service was slow, almost non-existent despite not having many tables to attend at the time.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!
