This was a very good stay. The room has everything. Most of the things are high quality- toilet paper, soup, kitchen appliances, water pressure in the shower. We had a room at level -1 and for us it was perfect as it was super quiet. The only down side was the heating- after 45 min of working it stops. So I woke up several times to turn it on as it was cold. Apart from that, everything else was exceptional.

This was the perfect place for our group of four. We loved the location with easy metro and bus access, as well as a quick walk to Hyde park. The staff members were super friendly and available 24/7! We will stay here again.

Upon arrival, I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator, which was not clearly mentioned in the hotel description.
When I explained that this was a problem, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional.
He told me that if I was not happy, I could leave and or call the police. He also refused to contact a manager when I asked.
In addition, both the room and the hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the Wi-Fi was not working.
I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so I left the hotel immediately without staying and had to book another hotel.
I do not recommend this place due to misleading information and unacceptable staff behavior.

Our stay at The Cleveland Hotel was excellent.

It’s a quiet, modern, well-equipped hotel with great service. Everyone treated us wonderfully, with a 🌟 special mention to Howard—his hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel is very well connected to public transport (bus, tube, and train) and has supermarkets and shops nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room and it was very spacious. It had 3 huge windows overlooking the street below so there was lots of natural light, which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location and is close to tube stations and restaurants. It's a little bit tired in places but was very clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Got in late and was greeted by the most helpfull individual. Accomodation in London is now expensive and quite poor for the money but this bucked the trend. We had a suite for three and a kitchen. It was clean, modern with everything you could want. Great location with shops and cafes nearby. Given what we paid for it, it was super value for the facilities and location.

Can't fault this hotel. Friendly staff, we checked in early, rooms were spotless and generous, beds were comfy and it's fantastically located. We stayed in a family room with plenty of space. Reasonably priced and would recommend wholeheartedly.

This is not a 4 star hotel. 1 or maybe 2 star at best. Stayed on the top floor, and I could hear everything. Super small corridors and difficult stairs if you have large suitcases / a lot of luggage. The room was clean enough but because of its shabby and drab decor with curtains that didn’t close properly and chips in the walls etc - it felt uncomfortable. A couple of grades below a travel lodge.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel located very close to Paddington station, so its location is indeed great and quite. Hotel itself is clean, room was spacey (we had a tripple bed room) and eqquiped with everything you need for your comfy stay (incl. a bulit in kitchenette). Staff was very polite and helpful (as we arrived at 1.30 AM and on our last day in London we were given opportunity to leave our luggage in the hotel and grab it prior to our departure to the airport in the evening). To sum up… we had a very nice stay in the Cleveland during our London trip.

Spotless and comfortable. Great location. Quiet. And no frills.

I was shocked walking in my room seeing how basic it was but when I woke up after my first night I had decided I LOVED this place.

The bed was perfect after a long day...the staff is so nice and knowledgeable...the breakfast is perfect (cold cuts, breads, cereals...amazingly tasty and great to begin a day with.)

I would recommend this hotel and would book a stay on my own again.
