The room was clean and tidy, a bit small, but the location is excellent, near Victoria Station. This is my second time staying here. The price on the night I checked in was good, offering overall good value for money. Prices fluctuate quite a bit around Christmas Eve.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Victoria Station, and there's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff are very nice. The hotel facilities are complete. Overall, my stay was quite good.

The hotel's location is excellent! We went to the White Cliffs from Victoria Station, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. The subway and train station are integrated, making transportation very convenient. There are many shops and supermarkets within the station, so buying things and dining are also easy. The sound insulation of the hotel room windows is good, making it very quiet. The room itself is quite spacious; in addition to the bed, there's space for a small round table and two sofas, and our luggage fit comfortably. The cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of meats, eggs, dairy, fruits, and juices.

The room was a bit dated. The front desk was often unstaffed at night. The location was great though, right next to the station. Lots of food options nearby, and Buckingham Palace was an easy 15-minute walk.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station (train + underground). There's even a side exit from the station directly across the street from the hotel, which is super convenient. The room size was decent; for London, it was actually quite spacious. The bathroom had a stand-up shower, which was great, and the overall cleanliness was good, with daily housekeeping. I particularly want to praise the breakfast – it was excellent, an authentic full English breakfast with fresh, hot ingredients, perfect even for a Chinese palate. The front desk and room service were also good. Overall, highly recommended!

Right opposite the T2 exit of the train station. I requested a higher floor room on my booking, but when checking in, the female staff member consulted a man next to her. He said only a second-floor room was available, but there was also a small room on the eighth floor. I went to check it out; the bed was against the wall, it was tiny, clearly a single room. I came back down and said it wouldn't work. Another woman then gave me a room on the second floor – not the one shown in the pictures below. This second-floor room was a bit larger than what was pictured, old but spacious. However, after resting for a bit, there was a constant rumbling noise coming from below. There was no way I could sleep with that all night. I had to contact Trip.com, and they moved me to the room on the sixth floor, which was shown in the pictures. It was very old and a bit small, but the noise was less intrusive. Since the meeting point for my day tour was nearby, I reluctantly stayed for two nights. Based on the runaround I got during check-in, it seems it's not really the British who intentionally make things difficult for Chinese people. For a price of over 2000 RMB, the service, hardware, and software facilities are far inferior to budget hotels like Hanting or Home Inn in China.

This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my London trip. The room was spacious and bright, with a view of Victoria Station right outside the window. The hotel elevator requires a room key card to access your floor, which feels very secure. The breakfast was an English buffet and it was delicious 😋. The eggs were perfectly soft-boiled with a lovely wobbly texture, and the sausage quality was excellent 👍. I'd definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

I love subway. I will defiantly be back into subway. But no way will I visit this one again. Dirty floor, tables and in all honesty some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. When I found a part clean table I was asked to move to a manky one half way through my terribly prepared sub. Without a please or thank you. He just said you need to move to that one. Totally shocked with these standards. I have the loyalty card and always leave good reviews but this one is terrible. They also had no stock and when I wasn't given my receipt, I asked for it when I realised I didn't have one and was told "what you asking now for" WTF subway.

Called in around 10:30am on Sunday 20th October 2013. Quiet, but still very very slow service for 2 staff. Constant queue even at that time of day for no reason. The Supervisor had to tell the assistant a number of times to do his job properly while we dined there. Order was cold by the time we got to eat even though it had gone into the toaster during the ordering process. Tables filled with uncollected rubbish. Will never go there again.

Also. there was a peculiar chemical taste to our coffee/tea.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place
