Pros: The hotel's location was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. It was close to Winter Wonderland and Oxford Street.
Cons- The size of the rooms was tiny. The shower water temperature was either too hot or too cold.

The front desk had Christmas snacks and hot chocolate every day with free bottles of water. Which was a nice personal touch.

Highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely. Really enjoyed my stay.

The name and photos make this hotel look like it’s going to be excellent. However in reality the rooms are small and dated. The bed clearly had a very old mattress, made more comfortable with a mattress topper but we both rolled towards the middle and slept terribly. The photo of the dining room is from an entirely different hotel - it doesn’t exist.
The bathroom was dated and part of the shower fell off when I turned it on. New carpets are needed.
The location is good for central London, but it’s probably not worth the price. Staff were friendly. It was a nice yet unusual touch to have fresh fruit in the room. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, but 3 shampoos and 3 conditioners. Odd.

The location was perfect in very central - off a quiet street 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of March Arch.
Nice stay here, was easy to check in and out. Friendly staff.
Bed was comfy and room was nice and spacious. It was nice there was water, tea/coffee and fruit in the room complimentary.
One star lost because the USB plug in charger was broken and the plug area around it. Lucky I had my portable charger. Also, I found it a little dark when putting make up on, so a brighter light by the dressing desk mirror would have been good. And a small metal tile in the shower fell off as I was showering.
All in all, Perfect to just put your head down after a work party night out. I would still recommend.

The rooms were so uncleaned and stained, you can hear into the next room. It was so uncomfortable and felt so unsafe. Still waiting on a refund.

The place is clean and the service is nice. The staffs are very friendly. The place is located 3 mins walk from Marble Arch and very close to Oxford Street. Nice place to stay.

Location is great, very close to Marble Arch tube station. Supermarket nearby.
Nice decoration.
Daily fruits and sparkling water supply, free of charge.
Try not take basement room if you carry big luggage, because no lift going down to the basement. The male staff all are helpful, they will help for luggage transfer.

Good location. The place does more than just desserts and coffee. Higher than average prices but still worth visiting

Even though it is a chain cafe the coffee here is great and most people love the scones. Breakfast is okay. Groupon does afternoon tea for two for £20 here which sounds like a good deal.

Visited on weekend. The belly dancer was very entertaining. The food was good and the place is a little noisy, which is what gives a restaurant life!

The food is delicious, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The price is quite high, but for such good food, it is reasonable. Would recommend a visit to Maroush bakery after eating to get some tea and dessert. The restaurant has a nice environment, and is suitable for families, or for formal dining. Would recommend to anyone.

The food too expensive and portion are so little for two of us we paid £82, I came out hungry , the music nice but sound was quite disturbing. very nice belly dancer ?. I don’t want to go again.

Great, authentic food. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the rice was flavourful. The waitress gave us a complimentary bowl of various fruits and baklava. The price is reasonable & the atmosphere is lively & clean. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a quick Italian meal that doesn't hurt your pocket but still delivers on taste and quality, this is the spot for you!
Standard Italian menu with some very flavorful dishes.
Portions were small, in my opinion.
Beautiful decor.
Staff seemed over worked. They were polite, but the service was very basic.
Good to note: it's usually really crowded and there's a wait.
