The services I use:
- Breakfast, it was nice and tasty, but service very slow, no welcoming or explanation how the breakfast works.
- Spa, I upgrade my treatment, the therapist was very good, receptionist, not at all.
- Room service it was very nice, tasty, attentive service.
Just a couple of things, the room I got had not phone signal at all (I don't know about the rest of the rooms), and the "early check out breakfast trolley" was a bit sad (as well they informed me that would be some pastries, when it wasn't (night receptionist told me that they are baking them for the breakfast at 7am..)

The hotel was a good boutique style hotel. Rooms were a decent size and had all the main amenities needed.

My stay at Nobu has been wonderful. The location is great. And despite having construction across the street, the noise has been minimal. Some rooms could use some more lighting, especially on the lower floors, but the rooms are modern and chic. But the best part of the experience has been the staff. First, Errol, the concierge, has been lovely. He is extremely helpful and has a kind manner about him. He even saved my passport (it fell while moving rooms)! And the woman at the front desk, Rebeeca, was also very accommodating with helping to change my room. Overall a good experience. Great staff can really make a difference in one's travel experience.

Whilst aesthetically this hotel is very picturesque and it’s clean and comfortable, and in a great location, there’s a fundamental issue with the staff to customer and inter departmental communication, which has the customer feeling the need to step in to resolve issues and chase for clarity. It feels like an issue of style over substance. The spa receptionist that took our booking seemed untrained as it was a struggle to receive treatment confirmation and to pay online. We also had to explain our issue to management and desk staff more than once when this should have been clearly stated in our reservation notes.

I stay here quire regularly when I need to be in East London and I’ll always love it. Perfect location, good vibes always, super chill and helpful staff—Maria at the front desk really stood out last time I was there. She made us feel super comfortable and at ease after an early flight into town, and was really helpful with suggestions for my family who hadn’t been to that part of London before.
They still talk about how much they enjoyed it. Thanks Maria and Nobu!

It was my 1st time staying at Nobu Hotel, and definitely not last. The experience was absolutely out of this world. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. And the customer service, absolutely incredible. Staff is always very helpful and friendly, I had the pleasure of meeting Erel and Dafy at the front desk. They made sure that everything was taken care of for me and they did it with a big smile. For me it was the best customer service ever.
Overall it has been an amazing stay (it's a shame it was one night only) and I would reccomend it to anyone.

Location was decent in Shoreditch (great walk to all the must-try food like Dishoom, BRAT etc.), and generally enjoyed my stay; but did not think it necessitate an additional tipping (5% daily based on room rate paid) at checkout.

The night I went was great, funk & soul playing, nice people. Got a bit too hipster later on but that's what you expect in the area! Only reason I wouldn't say more than 3* is because it seems, from the promotional posters, that this place has various "nights" as such the atmosphere could very well be different any time you visit as there were posters for what seemed to be different events, DJs, themes, etc every week. Some of them definitely wouldn't be my tastes. Would advise checking to see what's on prior to visiting.

another embarrassment to london that thinks that by having a 'low rent' feel to it is 'hip' and therefore can charge exorbitant prices for basic food and drink. Avoid unless you are one of these people that embraces this nonsense.

Hip bar in Shoreditch with a solid selection of craft beers. I came here for a late dinner during a business trip to London. Place was busy but not crowded on a Tuesday evening, with some people having drinks, some people working, other playing ping pong. I'd recommend the place for anybody who's looking for a relaxed evening out.

I love your art macabre events. Cosy bar with many other great events. I would love to be able to have a drink while drawing, can you please open the downstairs bar next time around? Other than that, keep doing what you are doing :)

Asked for a non alcoholic drink and she handed me a bottle. I asked what it was and she said ‘read it’.
Opted for a non alcoholic cocktail and watched her slop the ingredients in a glass (missing quite a bit), placing stirrers, and other equipment down on dirty surfaces and complaining to her colleagues while I stood in front of her.
Luckily only stopped by quickly so didn’t have to go to the bar ever again!

I went here on a whim, once again accompanied by my favourite hipster sidekick, when I say I went here, I should have actually said I was led here.
Anyway it's a smallish pub filled with "cool folk" and I am not cool, so I stood out like a wrinkly old raisin in a bowl full of edamame peas.
The bar had the usual craft beers and assorted nonsense, but they do have a pretty varied choice of tipple, and poisons.
The bar staff were very jovial, engaging and quite knowledgeable about the products. And all in all it was a pleasant evening of drinking and people watching.
There were a couple of epic beards on show that night let me tell you.
Oh, and at one point, a family with three kids turned up, and went downstairs it seemed. I was going to look see what was down there but I wasn't sure if it that really happened or it was the drink.
So I went home.
Good times.

Nice old pub with live music venue on second floor. Local beer is bloody awful, but they have a really nice selection of many other.

Great venue, if not for the limited seating/tables at the ground-floor-level pub. That place tends to get overcrowded. Upstairs stage area is lightly better and has ok acoustics. Somewhat loud, however, bring ur ear protection ?

The main bar on the ground floor is fine. But they really keep their beer badly. A constant struggle with getting a head on the beer that doesn't fill the glass. And if you want goose island or blue moon, you can get it. But please pick a real craft beer instead.

good bar. good music, although i heard nothing from any band outside of southeast England, furthest from London being Supergrass from Oxford. strange. I’ve never been anywhere with a geographical musical preference! ??
