The Hotel itself was very clean and tidy.
A little more attention to detail required in our room though, there were small marks and stains on the bedding.
The room was on an upper floor, but the windows were very dirty, even the condition on the inside could been taken care of.

I was very bad treated , the receptionist treated me really bad I have the worse and traumatic experience I ever had at my whole life and I am really Shocked I will never come back to this place again , was a night mare please I would never refer this place to no one !😖

could not get to reception as the door was closed. had to ring and no one was answering. eventually after 20m someone came. the hotel was dirty and shower was cold.

Sorry to say very bad experience the window was broken down whole night cold was coming inside very narrow and no space for luguage the most important the iron stick was middle of the bed so I couldn’t sleep whole night sorry

This has got to be, the most bare bones place that I have ever stayed. There is no elevator, and the stairs are so narrow that it is extremely hard to take luggage up to the rooms. My room was 4 flights up, 63 steps. There is NO Air Conditioning, and the room size was TINY. Just a small bathroom and a bed. No draws, closets, and hardly any place to stand. Not even a towel holder in the bathroom. The bed cover had stains, and the rug had paint splashes on it.
When I checked the reviews, it had 3/4 stars; I would give this ZERO stars. I wish to warn others about this place. I paid close to 300 € for 2 nights, for a shoebox room with nothing more than a bed and bathroom. My wife was quoting Betty Davis, “ Whatta DUMP”

Hotel well located in the exclusive neighborhood of Pimlico, next to the most tourist areas. But the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of comfort, the rooms are small and with horrible carpet, so the room is just right for sleeping. I have missed a place to have breakfast or common areas to sit and sit.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

We Ubered over here and were treated to fantastic, fresh fish & chips. Do visit if possible. Will return on my next visit to London.

Service was okay. Nothing to brag about. The sausage was delicious as well as fish. Ketchup tastes watered down and sweet. Very odd. Felt uncomfortable to stay and eat. If we ate here again I would get it to go.

Best fish and chips in London it says on board outside the restaurant. I know others that are slightly better but I love Seafresh. It's a smart fish restaurant with lots of choice of very fresh fish. On the handful of occasions that I have dined here the service has always been excellent. Staff visit table several times to see if everything is alright. I tend to just have a leisurely main course and staff never make you feel like they need table. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is popular with groups.

Ordered online; after 30 mins the pizza was still being 'prepared', according to the Pizza Tracker. Staff said there was an IT fault and then lied and said it was being delivered. Over an hour later the order had still not been delivered. Staff continued to lie about where the pizza was and blame the IT fault. Customer Service absolutely pathetic and very rude. Not good enough Dominos. Utterly appalling service. I will NEVER eat from here again. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Absolutely disgraceful! I had forgotten tp add my room number however i had included my international phone number. The driver apparently cannot call intentional numbers (and that company is quoted on the NYSE). They didn't call me despite my receptionist offered to call me using his cellphone. Summary of it all... I died famished! So long suckers!

I ordered a pizza at 22:22, I called back an hour later to see where it was and I was hung up on. Called back again to be told my order had been cancelled. I had no missed call and my doorbell never rang. I order with this Dominos all the time and I mostly have problems. Dips I pay for are usually forgotten, drivers rarely have the right change, and they are rude when answering the phone to inquiries. I love Dominos and wish I could order from a different branch. Very poor service!
