City View Hotel Stratford in London

One of the worst hotel to stay for !! Wouldn’t recommend it anyone.

Not a good place to stay. Felt rundown and unsafe, quite dirty.

Absolutely terrible, not recommended.

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Shockingly, they didn’t even provide necessities like drinking water, which should be a minimum standard at any accommodation.

The worst part of the stay was the complete lack of peace. Throughout the night, someone kept banging on our door, which was very disturbing and made us feel unsafe. This happened multiple times, and there was no explanation or support from the staff. We barely got any sleep because of the constant noise.

The room itself was in very poor condition. It was noisy, not properly cleaned, and the bed was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The sheets looked stained, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable.

As a couple looking forward to a relaxing stay, this experience was far from what we expected. We left feeling frustrated and exhausted. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless serious improvements are made in both service and cleanliness.
